Hi there, 

Did you have a real success with NB ?
I would like you to share how much cm/inches you gained with the pump + massage ?

I pump now for 10 days, 4 hours per day, and I already see small results. My breasts are swollen after pumping. But 4 hours is sometimes very exhausting.

I haven't used it long enough without breaks to notice a difference. All that being said, I have noticed that many women have achieved success with this, so yeah it can work.


All this being said, I think you are over doing it, especially if you just started. Overdoing it can lead to potential long term damage and health problems. It can also lead to saggy boobs. 

Start slowly and figure out what works for you. It will take time regardless.
I agree, you are over-doing it and most likely creating damage without realize it.  Please read the horror story which is occurring to me right now from pumping too much.  It can damage nerves and blood vessels over time. https://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=29099

4 hours being a beginner is totally crazy. You can end up having scarring or worse consequences. 

I've done 4h straight when I'm a experienced pumper and I can assure the feelings you get around your chest aren't very pleasant. True, you get fastest results but .... the pain I got around my chest this summer when I did RocketMelon's method, freaked me out.


Start doing 15 minutes daily for 2-3 weeks, keeping in mind the pressure.
Then Twice a day another 15 minutes, in total 30 minutes daily for another four weeks.
Then 30 minutes straight for a month or two and then take a break (1 week should be ok)


Pressure. Don't over pump please. Your results will be great if you are patient and you keep in mind these recommendations.
Noogling more than 1h everyday is for people who have been noogling at least four months. And even though, every personal situation is different.
In my case I've been noogling for 2 yrs and I cannot stand more than 1h and a half. True story. So my limit is my limit, if I do more, I overpump.
