Full Version: Starting my BO & Perfect Skin Protocol!

My Stats:
Biological Female
Age: 21
Breast Size: 32AA (R.I.P!)

Starting my Breast Enhancement Protocol as detailed below:

Breast Enhancement Protocol
Goal: 32AA to 32B (starting conservative for now)
-Daily Morning Basal Body Temperature readings to ensure I am between 98.2 and 98.6 
-Swanson's Bovine Ovary Glandular (250 until October, 1st week of Oct- 500, Rest of Oct-1000, etc)
-1 cup of Organic Spearmint Tea 2 times a day (anti-androgen)

At the same time, I am doing a "Perfect Skin Diet Protocol" that I've devised after tons of nutritional research which in many ways seems to complement the Breast Enhancement Protocol. Especially considering that at it's root, acne is a condition of high-androgen activity in the body and that overall skin health is a manifestation of overall internal health. 

Perfect Skin Diet Protocol
Goal: Clear my remaining acne and enhance the health, tone, texture of my skin by implementing extremely nutrient-dense foods into my diet

Daily Food Supplementation:
-2.8 ounces of Grass-Fed, Local Raw Beef Liver (therapeutic does of Vitamin A + "natural multivitamin")
-2-3 Organic Raw Brazil Nuts (selenium)
-Zinc supplement + eating oysters a few times a week (zinc)
-1 raw local egg yolk ("Natural Multivitamin")
-1 cup of Organic Spearmint tea 2 times a day as mentioned in my breast protocol (anti-androgen)

Other:
-Using Raw Manuka Honey as my "morning face cleanser"
-TBD

Things to consider:
-Planning to add more steps to both protocols soon as I do more research like protein shakes for the Breast Enhancement Protocol as well as breast massage
-Will add starting body measurements to this thread soon!

Questions:
-Any tips? Thoughts?

-Any tips? Thoughts?

My main question is, are you ok on BMI?? If you are underweight or too skinny, consider gaining weight first.
I really like your program overall but I'd recommend you to invest on a good protein powder since BO works better with protein intake (start adding 15g daily up to 30g I'd say : I mean it's best to consume protein from food sources than powder, but powder will help you on this journey (1,4 g x your weight in kilograms = ___ g of protein you need daily). Also, protein powder may be better to build up as well like 15, for a month, 20 for some months, 25 for some months and so on. It is what I do to avoid gut problems. 
Good protein powder = check out if it has soy if you are on plant based diet or grass feed animal source if you eat 'normal' lol( Sascha Fitness protein are really good quality, you can purchase her products on amazon US)

Also, massage massage and massage. It will help you with breast soreness and circulation, which is essential for growing . On the other hand keep in mind you need to build up the dosages and only take them on your luteal phase if you don't want to mess up your body , having periods is essential to breast growth .

Last but not least, be patient : you need at least three months to notice changes but average is 6 months

Thank you so much for your tips! Right now, I've recently switched from plant-based to more fat/animal-products and Cronometer.com says I'm getting about 60 grams of protein a day so perhaps I don't need a protein shake? 

My BMI is fine, I'm very much bottom-heavy/pear-shaped with a well developed booty but absolutely nothing on top, very odd.

Pay attention on BO, my skin is totally Damaged, no matter what I did to avoid acne.
