I've never tried it by itself but when I did take it it didn't do anything for me. I'm considering trying it again in the future. Awesome you got such good results! Did you take only Maca? If so what kind? And how much?

I am currently trying Maca x4 capsules per day from NOW Foods. Hoping it will yield good results
