Hi everyone,
It's been awhile since I've posted. Basically I was using the liquid extract by ainterol, which was then discontinued and then had issues ordering from the ainterol site, so my nbe program was put on hiatus. I've since started taking the ainterol capsules, which are okay except they make my cycle extremely irregular. I'm getting my period every 15-20 days.
I normally take 14 days on, 14 days off but since my period is now coming early, I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions? Oddly enough, I didn't have this side effect with the liquid extract even though I was taking a higher dosage then.
