Sorry if this is the wrong board to post this on or if this question has already been answered. 

I've been wondering: what is the best age to start NBE with massages? Can you do it while your breasts are still growing or should you do it after you reach an age where doctors say they generally stop growing?

Good news: there's really no age limitations when it comes to breast massage. In fact, massaging your breasts during puberty (or when they are still growing) will help to encourage breast growth and also it is healthy for the breasts to massage them. So young girls and women of all ages can benefit from massaging their breasts daily or weekly.
