I was using my noogleberry and the lever you use to pump the "piston" snapped, hence the whole pump was then rendered useless.
Having only had it a few months, I emailed Noogleberry and sent photographs of the damaged pump. This was on Tuesday 28th March.
And they replaced my pump free of charge and received it this morning Saturday 1st April.
What a wonderful customer based company.
They are truly deserving of this mention.
