I think that The spearmint is helping, but it could be the low dosage of BO I'm taking. I feel that I will bump it to another pill today so that will be three start week 3. Others who take 1000mg seem to get growth as well as acne appearing. But I also drink a lot of water and wash my face every day and night and use cocoa butter to keep it healthy. Trust me, my puberty only gave me good when it gave me boobs xD My acne was bad, but I think having a healthy diet, the spearmint, washing face and drinking water will help out a lot. I think exercising too for circulation.

Hi Loverandfighter,

Is the spearmint giving you any stomach problems?? They say it isn't good for acid reflux. I've started drinking spearmint tea and so far so good. I'm breaking out a bit on my cheek and I'm hoping it's not the spearmint tea.....I would also like to try BO but I have a feeling that it would break me out. Just flaxseeds alone gave my cysts on my face!! 
By the way, if I remember correctly are you taking collagen? How is that going?

Hi Bettie!

No stomach problems here, nor and I getting any acne. My skin is very soft now as if I put moisturizer on, besides my face since I'm usually out in the wind. I had grounded flaxseed but stopped since I heard BO and Flax shouldn't be together. Didn't get acne with flax either. As for collagen, when I pump, I noticed my breast get a bit larger than usual but I notice the same effect with BO. I'm going back on it from a two day break (for no reason...just lazy lol) It builds tissue so I'm definitely going to continue taking 6,600 in powder form. 

Also just a quick note for those asking about my skin (I'm not mad, I thought you'd outta know :3)

-I'm moderately active so I have pretty good blood circulation, which helps my skin's condition
-I drink water ALL THE TIME. It's just a wonderful thing to do to keep your body well. I love water and my skin always shows it...And when I'm not drinking water, I'm drinking Mint tea (mix with spearmint and other mints) and green tea (Hot so I won't lose the good stuff)
-I think collagen helped in some respects...not sure, but my continued usage of Coconut oil and cocoa butter helped fade old acne scars, and my skin is radiant. 
-Morning, afternoon, and every time I go to the bathroom I wash my face. It's a must. 
-I don't wear makeup often but I always remove it with water and coconut oil. 
-MOST IMPORTANT: DO NOT STRESS. My acne when I was younger mostly came from my bad diet and from schoolwork. I had a lot of pimples everywhere , and when I began to take life a little lighter, I began to clear up.

Sounds like your body gets along with BO, flaxseeds etc. I guess it really depends on the person. When I ate flaxseeds, I ate two huge spoonfuls of it a day so maybe I exaggerated on the amount....it is really full of phytoestrogens and omega3 so I think my body didn't really need it or was overwhelmed.



You gave some great skincare advice. Not stressing out is truly fundamental.....
I'm also drinking spearmint tea but haven't seen any improvements on acne. Sometimes it even gets worse but I don't have an idea what the culprit is cause I'm trying out so many new things. The herbs, food, and also skin care stuff. I'm not planning to change anything in my routine for atleast 3 months if acne still is worse than before then I'll change my routine. 


I drink water all the time, I don't drink sodas or alcohol or anything and I exercise a lot.
I wear make up once a week (I remove it with petroleum jelly) as it's also my goal to look as good as possible naturally. (with healthy eating habits and good skin care) 
You sure wash your face often. I've read you don't have to wash more than twice a day unless you exercise then 3 times. But if it works for you the better!

Yeah, I wash my face a lot, because of the weather sometimes and just because my face/skin is naturally dry :/ 
Hmmm, I'm not too sure about the spearmint giving acne, but it's helping with body hair for me. I think the BO may be giving me small tiny tiny pimples though. For face wash, I usually look for Aveeno or look for soft facial cleansers. 

Week 4: I finished week 3, and safari so good (LOL just a pun)!
I will take 1000mg starting today since I'm nearing a month and I'm seeing results (mostly fullness) and I feel like my body is getting used to it. 
I bought a $40 Whey protein powder,but I gave it to my boyfriend since I'm allergic to soy (I didn't realize until afterwards). I want to find a good protein powder that does contain arginine, lysine, and other amino acids without SOY. I couldn't' even breathe! If anyone can suggest a good brand that has nice amino acids (arginine, Lysine, or any other AA that will help with boob growth) please tell me! Anyways, my breast are fuller, not much in size change though it looks like half an inch, but it's not too noticable but it's nice to know that my jiggles/body is okay with BO. I haven't measured my butt, again since it is already big for my body size. Since I was celebrating Valentines day with my Boyfriend, I didn't get to noogle from Friday-Sunday, but today I will! I do have marks of noogling on my chest so I think I will be softer with the pumps from now on. Still doing the 7:2 method for an hour though.

Sorry to hear about that. Yeah, I did the same with flaxseed: taking two spoonfuls two times a day, and when I got my period, my cramps were super painful. When I lowered the dose I felt better and my body could handle it better, so I would say flaxseed helped pretty well besides that!
So My breast still feel heavier than usual which I'm excited about but I still haven't gotten my period. It's been three days since my expected date. This is expected since I'm taking BO . I'm hoping to get it tomorrow and as well as my breast to stay the way they are after my period (not deflated xD) They look pretty nice and I'm excited to see what month two will bring!
Week 5: Week 4 finished and I finally got my period xD a cycle of 32 days! I was almost getting nervous something might've been wrong with me


I will continue to take 1000mg a day and will hope to see in the next coming week some great results! Week 4 brought me fuller breasts and a bit bigger too. It's fluctuating from 36 in to 36 1/2. When I noogle, I swell to a large 38-39 in!! I've never had that with just collagen and only noggling! I know BO is doing that :3 They do, without noogling, look larger than usual but I usually swell before period and after my period I shrink, but we'll see if I shrink too much or too little or if anything happens. 

My period: Oh boy....My period is lighter than usual and my cramps aren't as painful (I still take ibuprofen) which is absolutely wonderful~! I hope this means BO is doing it's thing! I feel like the length will be the same, but I might have a shorter one since I'm exercising and drinking more water than usual. 

My breast from the side hasn't seem to show growth, but I guess the front view is what matters. I'm 4 months into this NBE journey and I'm still going to have patience and continue to see my body grow in wonderful ways.

No new acne. Just a little on my back but that's common for me anyways. Lot more energized and focused though...kinda have to be though...Midterms... Dodgy

Not sure if anyone is following this anymore,  but this is week 5 finished and on to week 6. Still taking 1000mg a day and nooglung whenever I get the chance to. 

My period lasted 4 days and i nothing really different. I feel that I do have a little more definition on my hips though.Since after my period I shrink, I am still 36in. 


...seriously? Is anyone here? Not that I need the attention but a little support would help! Blush
