Has anyone tried sprouted ground flaxseed instead of regular ground flaxseed? My local store is selling a huge pack of the sprouted variety and I'm wondering if it's even more effective than the regular kind. Sprouting improves digestibility and allows for a greater absorption of nutrients - I believe this also increases bio-availability of the nutrients that we need for growth.

Hi all, I am thinking of trying Ellen’s method again (day one and I already feel tingles Smile

) but does anyone know how to keep the results permanent??? I still am massaging daily and I think it helps but I just fear once I reach my goal size it’ll go down if I don’t do something to maintain it.

I have grown 1 inch minimum this last week. I feel my breast getting bigger and it shows it’s increasing also on top and on sides. It’s so crazy never had that kind of growth!

Also what I think helps is really taking the flax and roast soy flour separately, I feel I don’t grow as much when taken together.

I’ll update when I grow one cup

I was wondering if you had any results with the roasted soy bean flour and flaxseed method

I tried The Red Mill organic premium soy flour

And i makes me so nauseous! Not just from the taste and after taste. But something about it makes me feel weak and sick. Im very familiar w korean products and have a market close by. I was wondering if it worked.. i would go buy some. Im on a tight budget. I havent recieved my stimulus check yet from the US lol.

I've already started Flax and Whole milk but Full fat soy is not available at all here !

As you mentioned you suspected of having high T but I have normal hormones but still want to try this as nothing else worked , lol I can't believe nothing has worked for me. I am still an AA

Maybe you can add the word: 'toasted' to your search program. Since it is also toasted.

I bought mine for 32 euro's ($34.11) and that is for 25 kilo's (55 lb).

Try finding a person who makes flour theirselves and ask if they sell it, or try finding a Wholesale business, I believe it is called?

Hi Ellen , so you bought 25 kilo soy flour ?? How did you store that ? I have also found suppliers who sell this much quantity but I didn't buy as we don't need this much and how to store ! ! I was looking to buy from some retailers but didn't find any, I thought 1 or 2 kg is sufficient . Sad
