So biotin hasnt really made my hair grow..no significant results..its been a month or so..but it does change the texture of my hair...it was a bit frizzy before but now it looks like i had a keratin treatment more silky and shiny...yes its worth it for me so far..gve me some blackheads but also a healthier looking skin..

it made my hair thicker, not that it helped me grow out more hair, or stopped my hair from falling out.
it just made each hair strand thicker and that gave my hair a bigger body.
and I can tell that because I noticed my body hair looking darker and a little more noticeable
