Hi! I ordered barlowes PM. I will be taking the pills but I also wanted to make a lotion mixture for massage. How much lotion with how many pills should I use?! Thank you! Happy NBE-ing everyone ?

Hi, I started out with 5 capsules 2750 mg dissolved in ounce or two of water then added 12 ounces of lotion

awesome thank you! did you use a certain type of lotion? any guide lines with that?
