I'm just now starting my second journey here with red cover and maca. Once those are done, I'll start taking fenugreek and evening primrose.
I've recently ditched the birth control pills after 5 years on them and got a diaphragm. Now I'm wondering how many women are on this journey and NOT trying to get pregnant. Have you ever found yourself accidentally fertile?
