Is it normal to experience getting little bumps on your nipples during nbe? I use purafem capsules and their cream and serum during massage

Depends on how long you have been growing breasts or how long after you started budding.

They usually come after tissue growth and are totally normal.

Thank you for responding! I have been doing capsules and massage for about 3 months now. I had itching and soreness during the second month but have not experienced that "knot" that I've heard you develop under your nipple when you're about to grow.

Yep, sounds like you are experiencing real breast growth...congrats!
