Uneven Breasts--- Anyone else with this problem?
May 2 2008 at 11:42 AM aunaturel (Login AuNaturel99)

I was just wondering if any of you boobie hopefuls have uneven breast sizes. If so, which of the two is bigger? My right boobie is slightly smaller than the left. I think the prevalence of right being smaller than the left is more common than vice versa.

Considering we can't possibly balance them out by herbal remedies, I tend to massage them both but longer with the righty.

Anyone else with this problem?

Aye, and it's my left that is smaller. Whole cup size smaller dammit!

Which side do you sleep on? I sleep lying on my right side. Someone said that bears relation to the size of your boobs, sleepin on your back and they will be even, sleeping on the side and that side will be bigger. I think there may be some truth in this...

Not only is my right boob bigger, but its more towards my armpit. If I push my boobs towards each other, its clear that my left is nearer to the middle of my chest and my right boob is slightly off centre. I think its because they are dragged to the right all night.

I take WU and use my suction device on left breast only.

your left is smaller than the right! interesting.

well, i've had several theories that i had to rule out like: me being right handed, thus using my right arm more and leading to more muscular pectorals on the right causing my right boobie to be smaller (shrugs).

curiously enough, i tried to sleep on my right side every night in hopes that the blood flow will gravitate more towards the right boobie and miraculously plump it up more. plus, i do massage the right more often. there's a slight change in volume i must add, but i'll give it more time and perhaps tell you a success story in the future.

aunatural-
That's an extremely interesting point and ... I don't know... wow, though.
My right is about a cup or maybe a 1/2 a cup smaller than my left and I'm also right handed. I guess that would make sense right?
Hmm... that's so weird and I never thought about that. You are probably right.

My lsft is about 1/2 to a cup bigger than the right. I am right handed but don't think this makes a difference as my neighbor is a lefty and has the same problem. I have been doing cream and light massage for about a month and a half and don't touch the bigger boob but it is the one that is the most noticeable in roundness and more full since the blossom s soap. I only seem to have pains in the bigger boob and I massage the smaller one and only put cream on it 3 times a day. I am happy with the big noob I just wish little boob would catch up.

My right one is denser and heavier, but there is no size difference. I'm right-handed. I don't see the logic by which being right-handed could make you smaller on the right side.

As you can all see from my photo, my left breast is a lot larger than the right. And I more often sleep on my right side, so I kind of thought that my right boob was being squished that's why it's smaller. LOL. Now I know that some of you guys sleep on the right and have a bigger right boob. So maybe that theory doesn't really hold true.

Interesting topic, though it has been discussed before. There doesn't seem to be any clear reason that fits in every situation. My right is slightly larger than my left. I am right-handed and tend to sleep on my left side most often. I always thought my right muscle must be bigger under the breast and maybe the blood circulation is being constricted on the left side while I sleep. Oh well. It's like the tootsie pop commercial..."The world may never know..." lol

It is not just the breasts that are 'uneven'. If we have two of something in or on our bodies it is unlikely they will be exact matches.

One leg is bigger than the other, one hand larger, one foot bigger, our eyes, our ears... one side of the face is not an exact match to the other side...

We know we are right or left handed, but we also have a preference to using the right or left leg more... one eye more... one ear more...

In fact we even use one of our kidneys more than the other. Whenever we have two of something we use them differently and they look different from one another. This is not just for our organs like the kidney, we also have two sides to our brain... and these sides do different things.

The fascinating thing is that life on the planet did not start out as a double sided organism. The earliest and most primitive life was single sided (bacteria, amoebas, etc.). Having two sides definitely has its benefits... I mean after all if you lose one eye, you still have another.

What is the most fascinating to me is that we don't have two of every organ. Just one liver, one heart, one stomach, one pancreas... Seems like we could do better if we had two of each of those as well...

I guess nature knows what it is doing, but I personally would prefer to have another stomach (as long as I had an off-site storage place for the extra fat that opportunity would give me).... But I am most happy that some people I know only have one mouth... lol.

Hiya,

yea, yea very natural, am right handed, and my left boob is smaller, nothing drastic or noticeable though, probably only by me. I have been told by most of my cousins that they mine are equal but the thing is that they are comparing mine with theirs because their unevenness is more prominent than mine. Anyway i think its perfectly normal. I agree with waxingmoon, jeez i think am always agreeing with her. As far as we have two of a body part i don't think they can be exactly the same. You know when they say an individual has just one dimple, i don't think its correct, i think they have two dimples but one is just more prominent than the other one.

Yeah I agree with waxingmoon.

But I kind of believed that theory of the "right handed - right boob smaller" because it's like lifting weights. If you do that for a long time, your muscles tense up in your breasts and become smaller and firmer. And we've been writing basically our whole life so...
I guess it just depends on how much someone uses that arm with certain activities.

Hello,

Yea I don't think being right handed or lefty makes any differents cause I was born lefty but my mom re taught me and now I am right handed my left boob is little bigger than the right one. I heard that since your heart is on the left side and its a good size organ our left boob appears to be larger. Smile That makes sense to me.

Being right handed DOES NOT make your right breast smaller!!! I do everything with my right hand and my right boob is a beautiful full B cup, the left however... well let's hope she catches up soon - she's getting enough attention!

Perhaps there is no environmental rhyme or reason, just genetics?

I have to agree with Waxingmoon - she hit the nail on the head really.

I have been thinking, in regards to having a noticeable difference after starting NBE, could this be from having the incorrect dosage or type of herbs, causing one breast to respond faster then the other? Of course this theory doesn't really help anyone find out how to get the correct dosage and type of herbs, but it makes me curious since alot of us come in here and find a routine that matches our stats, or perhaps someone who had great growth in a short period of time, or use the highest rated herb in this and this, start getting some results, think we got the correct dosage, and yet don't really get the results we hoped. Could noticeable lopsidedness be almost like a reaction to the herbs and yet because we don't see it as one of the normal reactions we don't think about it and just assume our body has something amiss?

I really think there is alot more to NBE then just picking out the best herbs. Yes there is alot that is trial and error, but I can't help but wonder if we found the exact type of herbs needed for our body if this wouldn't happen and we would get better results.

Hello,

I had a month's break from WU and now I have started last week, adding SP for the first time, my larger boobs aches very much in the morning but I notice my larger one seems a little more swollen but the smaller one has no pain and definately no growth.
I feel that my larger one will keep growing, I massage twice a day with st herb's cream only on the smaller one.
any suggestions as to what else I could try.
Looks like my smaller boob has gone to sleep, I'm feeling depressed about this, should I stop all herbs and leave what growth I have.
I am a c in the large one and a very small B on the other.
thank you for your help any one.

It takes a looooong time before notices are seen. Also try adding some Vit. E to massages, I read somewhere that it helps maintain growth. I have a smaller one and posted a few weeks back about something simlar and that was the advice I was given. To date, my small one seems to catching up, slowly, but its catching up. I confess I don't massage twice a day like I would like, but 5 days out of 7 I do. Also try heat, someone suggested that to me, but I've been to lazy to try that yet.

Oh, that post is labelled something like: Do they Ever Catch Up......., not sure which page but probably the second or third page in.

Good luck and massage, massage, massage, it does work!!! And patience, patience, patience, you'll get there, it just takes some time!!!

Best Growing Wishes to You

Thank you both for your help, Henri, I have just read your " do they ever catch up email" and see that you have the same problem.
Its my right one thats small,
My left one looks good and seems to be growing yet I don't massage it but the right one looks so small, I am massaging too heavy though because I now have visible veins in my right one, oh dear this is a problem being so uneven.
Thank you for your reply and help, its nice to know how some-one else is coping with same problem.
I shall let you know if I get results.
I will try the vit E cream, is that any vit E cream? also where can I buy a heat pad?
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

hi i have the exact same problem and it seems to be getting worse (as in the larger one continues to ace and grow with very very little happening to the other)it's been 3 months on WU and still the same. i havt actually found the solution BUT i'm not bothered at all at the moment, i can offer my optimism, because my theory is breasts take time to develop, and at least one of our breasts is really going for it :o) so we no WU works for us. now according to WU we will grow untill we reach average size so my theory is the biggest one eventually has to stop, then all these phyto oestrogens have to go some where- to the small one :o) alot of girls develop unevenly in purberty then say the even out. I think all we can do is nurture the small one with cream + use a heat pad, i keep forgetting to massage but im going to use heat soon. oh faery cat (i hope she doesnt mind me mentioning her) but look at her pics they are amazing and her smallest1 was slower to respond. good luck xxx

I believe this phenomenon of one growing more than another is related with the distribution of mamary glandules on each breast. I guess we can do nothing about it, unless insist on massage in the smaller one more than in the bigger one. I have the same problem too, I'm trying to solve it. Love, April

hey laura, thankyou our smaller ones rock! hehe i think massage is such a good idea and heat for us, i need to force myself to do it hehe. so lazy. i no how you feel i reallly panicked when i first realised how much one was responding i posted msgs on here begging for advice and obsessed about it, but at least we arnt alone :o)i'm just so much better off when i don't let it worry me. if you don't mind me asking, what size were u b4 8 months of wu? how long untill you noticed changes? and were u uneven before you started? also, is it only since you took a break you have noticed the pains on the larger1? i'm asking because i've heard that when you take a break it can make big changes in the hormone levels. i think some people respond to this with growth and some it hinders their progress. xxxx

Hi Laura
November 5 2006, 1:57 AM

Glad to hear you are holding in there. I sometimes wonder if my right breast is smaller because due to an injury, I sleep predominately on my right side, since I can't sleep on my left, I wonder if that is effecting growth? I am also right handed and blah, blah, blah, I just try to think of all these reasons why my boob won't grow!!! lol

I don't use a Vit. E cream, I just bought liquid Vit. E, and apply it straight. I actually never knew there was a Vit. E cream. You could also buy the capsules and break them open, I just found the liquid much easier and quicker.

I bought a herbal heat pad at an arts and crafts store, so I'm not sure where you could one. I would think any heat pad from a drug store should work. The only reason I went herbal is because it smells very relaxing - it has peppermint and cammomile (sp?) and some other nice smelly stuff!!! So I am anxious to give it try.

Keep me updated, and always feel free to just post any discouragement, we are here to give each support, and if not, then hey misery loves company so I'll be miserable with you!!!!!

uneven size
November 5 2006, 12:55 PM

Hello Henri and Elle,

Thank you both for your support, what a lovely response from you both.
When I started WU I was a B on the larger one and a very small B on the smaller one, after six months on WU I grew to a C on the larger one with great fullness on top and on the sides, but no growth at all on my smaller one.
I got measured for a bra and was told there was definately a good size cup difference.
I continued WU for a further two months and stopped as I felt there would be no more growth.
I took a break for a few weeks and started two weeks ago, Now I have severe pain in the large one and no pain in the smaller one but that small one looks odd against my delightful C boob, its so small and has no fullness.
I'm just concerned as I do not want further growth on my bigger one, I'm wondereing why all pain is going on that one, thats why I thought should I stop herbs altogether.
I am now massaging with the St herb's cream on the smaller one, I used that on both boobs by the way at the beginning of taking wonderup.
I shall try the Vit E lotion and massage away and hope for the best, its strange but when they were both small the size difference did not bother me, its the bigger one against the smaller one that gets me down.
I wear a C cup bra but can't fill the right side, there's room for two small boobs in that side.
I'm so glad to share this problem with you, because its always on my mind.
I shall keep you posted on any progress or if I decide to stop altogether, it all depends on the pain that I am getting.
does pain always mean growth I wonder?
I hope you both suceed in growing and let me know if you even out.
there's always hope, and you're right in saying patience is needed in all this.
Thanks once again for your response. its cheered me up, you're both delightful.

Hey Laura,

I know what you mean about the whole cup difference size. My left one is a B, my right one an A, and you could fit a little under double my right one in a b cup size. Its hard to even wear a "proper" fitting bra. I keep hearing to just continue, and they will even out, but have the same fear, that my left one will grow even bigger, leaving my right one in its wake. I wouldn't mind if they both looked very similar, and yet one was still bigger/fuller ~ so that is my goal for them to look similar :-)

I can't explain the no "sensations" in the smaller one. I go through phases were sometimes I get this cool tingly sensation, to aches, to nothing for a while. And then it repeats itself. I get some tingles after massaging, but they last about an hour and thats it.

I decided to take a break a few weeks back, and have just recently started back up on a smaller dosage then recommended and new formula. Although my left breast will tingle a good deal, I noticed that my right breast seems to be tingling alot more then it had before, so not sure if its from a smaller dose, or the new formula. But remember pain doesn't always equal growth. Reading back through various posts, I've found that question come up numerous times, and there are alot of women who have had growth but no pain, so it all depends on the person.

I have slacked on my massages this weekend, and have noticed today that my little one doesn't look as great, so I'll have to double my efforts. I'll probably pull everything out today and massage. In my warped little mind I like to think that it will make a difference ;D. I'm going to seriously make an effort with the heat. I read that some use the heat before and after the massage, so I'm going to try to that at once a day (thats my goal anyway) and see if it makes a difference. I've also been adding a little of whatever I massage with to my left breast to just try and firm it up since its getting saggy from lack of attention!!!!

The little one will catch up, it just takes alot of time and energy.

HUGE growing wish to you for your little one, and keep me updated ~ I need the encouragement too!!

Hello Henri,

Can you tell me what you use?
I am concerned about what you say that "pain does not always equal growth"
Should I be concerned about the pain I am getting, because there is no more growth. does that pain mean something else?
I do hope you suceed in getting that smaller one equal.
What do you massage with apart from a heat pad? I must look into buying one.
Please keep in touch and let me know your progress, who knows maybe in a few months we will have won our goal, it does not look like I shall be getting a bigger boob for christmas unless I find a magic way, and will definately let you know if I do.

Sorry Laura
November 6 2006, 10:51 PM

Don't be worried, I just meant that for me, I have gotten all the "sensations" in my little breast.....and yet its still little!!! So all the aches, pains, tingles etc, don't necessarily mean they are growing pains, or at least growing fast pains....golly I am really botching this aren't I! I know what I want to say its just not coming out right ~ Oh just forget I said anything about pain.........

I was taking Tobustan, and saw a nice reinflation of my chest. So instead of empty balloons, I have breasts, if you count the filling out of skin, then I grew from a 29.5inch to 32.5 inch, but I don't count it as major growth, since I had alot of empty skin..........Now I am using Natureday, and am currently just taking the liquid. Its funny, but I'm getting this "let down" feeling alot throughout the day, like when nursing, its really weird................

I alternate between the Natureday cream and Vit. E; Vit. E, EPO, Natureday liquid; Vit E and Palmers Bust Firming Cream. Truthfully I haven't really used anything long enough to say which one is better, but I do notice more fullness with the Vit. E, EPO, and Liquid mixture~ it just smells bad. Oh and I used the heat pad this morning, I only had 5 mins. but thought what the heck, and my little boob filled my B bra kinda nicely for about 2 hours!!!! I'm kinda liking the heat thing.

I think if you start major massaging now, even if its once a day, you might get a bigger boob by Christmas........it might not be equal, but any growth is a good gift to have.

all these things are a good try to get what we want, and yes I shall massage and massage and massage every day and see if my christmas stocking gives me that little extra.
My smaller one looks terrible today, I notice unless you keep massaging it, it deflates and has a life of its own.
My smaller one has no weight on the top or bottom.
happy growing until................................

Keep Massaging
November 7 2006, 6:34 PM

I know I sound like a broken record, but its really worth it, And add heat its a miracle tool. If you don't have a heat pad, I think someone here was using a warm towel just out of the dryer, or you can fill a airtight bag with water and use that, just watch the temp, too hot can be bad. Last night I measured and I was up a 1/4 inch on my smaller side ~ which I think is from the heat. This morning it was still perky looking, so I used again after I showered and massaged, and am anxiously awaiting tonight so I can "check them out" again. In fact, my smaller one is filling out the B cup bra, and when I put an A on, I'm kinda spilling out evenly on both sides. I also am still only doing it once a day. Yes, its probably swelling, so I'm not going to get depressed when it deflates, its just good to see some cleavage now and again!!!

I have order some new cream, I posted on another thread title Trying this cream, or something. I figured it was worth a shot. I really am tired of swallowing pills, so the stuff I'm taking now is nice, since its just liquid mixed with juice, so I can gag it down :-D

I found that mine reinflates quicker each time it "accidently" deflates, when I start massaging again. So keep your chin up, I'd say if you massage regularly you should see results within a 2 week period. Mine didn't start looking this nice until recently.

Add the heat if you can, I drug my feet until yesterday, and now I wish I hadn't. Also try the Vit. E too.

Best of Luck, and keep me updated
Henri

Don't get too excited for me yet. I don't think its actual growth, just swelling. But I am hopeful since this stuff I am taking now, seems to have caught my littles one attention, and its aching alot now, more constant then before. I will not stop massaging though, I usually get one good one in a day, and then whatever else is extra.

Oh yeah, I also found that by using my right hand to massage my right boob, it gets more tingles, don't know why, maybe I'm screwed up or something; but I noticed when I was massaging with my left hand, my left breast would tingle for along time afterward, and I didn't even massage it, so I though maybe if I switched I could do whatever was going on to my right one, so who knows if its really helping or not!!!!

Even though you're not sure if it's actual growth or not, i'm happy for you that your smaller one is filling a b cup, that's great!! Smile I know how it is to see and feel the swelling and them next minute it's gone. So just keep thinking positive about it staying for good. Smile The heat I think does make a difference, but I slack on that also a lot of times. I do feel more pains it seems when I use the heating pad and the pains are all in my smaller boob too, so the heat prob does make a big difference.

Also thank you so much for pointing out about you get more tingles when you massage your right breast with your right hand, instead of massaging with the opposite hand. I always massage my left smaller boob with my right hand, but never once thought about using my left for the left smaller boob. Smile I'll try that and see if it makes a difference. Seems like we would be stimulating the larger breast in some way whenever use the hand from that side. So much trial and error and analyzing with boobie growth right?...what if I do it this way or that way, or what if I take this or that or use this or that....Calgon take me away!! Smile

Breast wishes everyone!! Smile

i searched for and found this thread because i am afraid most of my growth is going to my left, larger breast. though i feel a difference and feel pains in my right, smaller breast, i am afraid since I just started nbe (almost three weeks) that i will end up with really asymmetrical breasts. for those who posted here originally, did you find a definitive solution to this problem? any suggestions for massage? is it possible for the lagging breast to really not grow while the other does? this is what i am afraid of. i don't have a great problem with lack of symmetry. i would say it is pretty normal. but i'm starting to get a little worried as i start to see growth in my left breast, but not much in my right. any advice would be appreciated. thanks!

I have been on NBE over a year now and no change as yet, my smaller boob is not growing, it looks a litte fuller with massage, I'm using cooca butter and st herbs cream, my growth went on my left boob, it grew two cups sizes.
I'm still hoping for growth though.
My programme is wonderup and saw palmetto for two months. maybe some girls here have had better luck though. I think some have evened out.

Re: uneven breasts
March 10 2007, 9:12 PM

Hi, I have the same problem, and many others here do. Don't worry too much, those who have grown usually say that their other breast finally did catch up with the larger one too.
As to what you can do just now, don't massage your larger breast at all and only concentrate on the smaller one. I have found that the acupressure massage on pansyclub's massage page seems to really help my progress along, I am just too lazy to massage at the moment but have been doing the acupressure for the past week or so, and primarily on my smaller, right breast. These past few days I have had really strong pains under my right arm, and both breasts are bigger, the right one seems to at least grow at the same rate as the left if not more, I'll have to wait how much is swelling. This is a part of my cycle where I usually have stopped growing and don't get any pains so I am sure it is from the acupressure massage.
I generally massaged my right breast more than the left or only the right and it certainly seemed to catch up with that slowly, you can look at my pictures and compare, but it at least never got even smaller than the left one.
If you have any herbs you use in your lotion that can help further, Fennel extract really seems to give me a boost every time so you could try that on the smaller breast, just be careful not to use too much, I got the night sweats once or twice from it and I think it was because I used to much of the extract.
I hope this helps, don't worry too much, if you do this I am sure you will be fine.

Thanks Laura and Lisa for both of your experiences.

Lisa - Thanks for recommending the fennel extract. I actually just ordered some and it is on its way. Before I read this, I had already massaged both breasts today...oh well! I will start tonight or tomorrow with just the right one. It is encouraging to hear they can catch up. I guess your breasts have a limit to how much they will grow, so if my asymmetry was mild before, I don't think it should get out of control on NBE...especially if I focus massage on the runt! Thanks ladies!

I'm entering my third week on NBE (seriously, I'm pretty encouraged because I only had nipples, very little breast tissue, and now I actually have a curve under each breast and a bit of volume). My former smaller boob grew bigger than my former bigger one, and with less pain. I hope their growth goes on and proportionally.
Asymmetry - can it be corrected?
June 10 2008 at 1:06 AM Roseability86 (Login roseability86)

I keep trying to take a starting picture, but everytime I do I feel sick because my boobs are so different. They're a cupsize different and different shapes. I'm taking wonderup and using Bosom Beauty - 2 hours a day on smaller boob since end of April and one hour on larger one (bar two or three days) since end of May. The reason I use it on larger breast is that its changed the shape and position of the smaller one, so I want to do the same with that one.

I was just wondering if anyone has managed to correct assymetrical boobs? If so, how? I know nobody has 100% symmetrical boobs but everyone else's look pretty much the same from the photos. I feel mine could come from two different women.

Hi Roseability,

I think the problem you are describing is a very common one. It certainly is one that drives many women to NBE. Most of us, myself included, are asymmetrical to a degree.

Your description is probably a case that will take time and persistence. I can't remember who, but I believe there is a case of a woman correcting asymmetry. I believe she focused primarily on her smaller breast with massage and I believe some type of external cream. If I can find the account I will point it out to you.

Probably you will do well with the Bosom Beauty since you can focus more attention on your smaller breast. Just keep at it and perhaps check out some external creams for massage of that breast as well.

Best wishes,
waxingmoon

This was a real problem for me before. It might sound like an Old Wives tale, but I've heard that the smaller breast is usually on the side you write with.. I'm right handed and my right breast is smaller. But my hairdresser says the opposite is true for her..

I've always slept on my left side but recently, since the beginning of May when I moved residences and rearranged my bedroom furniture so that I now sleep on my right side (long story, but I like to sleep facing the wall, and my current bed is arranged such that I have to sleep on my right to keep that up).. and it's most likely just a coincidence, BUT my right breast is now a whole lot bigger! Still a little smaller than my left, but comparable in size. Righty fits nicely in my 32B bra now whereas before, it was always a bit loose, no matter what time of the month it was (luteal swelling didn't plump it up like it did the left one).

But asymmetry is a problem most of us have, and we sleep in a huge variety of positions. So again, probably just a coincidence that things worked out in my case! Never hurts to try if you're a side sleeper!

Thanks for your input Waxingmoon, I'll definitely keep up the suctioning. I love the new shape of my left boob. If you could find the program, that would be awesome. I had a quick look through the pictures and there was only a few who had asymmetry as pronounced as I do, none of them managed to correct it. I felt a bit disheartened.

Ah, so the sleep theory holds true for you? I've always been a semi-believer of it actually. I sleep on my right side and its my right boob that's giant compared to the left. Not really evidence in itself but I've noticed the shapes are fitting with the sleep theory. Righty is bigger and the breast sits away from th centre (you can notice when I squeeze them together) and also is a lot rounder underneath the armpit. It does look like gravity has pulled it. The left breast sits so that, when I squeeze them together, its right side in dead in the centre (as far right as my left breast can go I suppose). It does not have any breast tissue under the armpit. I read the sleep theory on here a while back and thought "Yes!!! I sleep on my right side, therefore my right boob is being dragged towards the bed and my armpit, and the left breast is being dragged towards the centre of my chest!!" Right. Migrating to the right side to sleep tonight.

How many months have you been sleeping on the other side to notice a difference?

I've got the same problem, its so annoying, I grew from an A to a C in one boob and a B in the other, the C is so full and the B is noticeably smaller with a different shape. got my growth from wonderup too.
I stopped wonderup because I was getting faster growth in the bigger one. left one is a C right one is a small B I too hate taking pictures, I can't believe the size difference.
I may consider macrolane next year on the smaller one only. wish I could find an answer to this.

Awww Laura, I'm sorry to hear you're feeling like I am. I'm so fed up (and I don't want anything non tissue in me) I was considering having the larger one reduced to the same size as the smaller one. I'm going to try suction and sleeping my left side first though. If there's no change by next May (a year on), I think I'll consider other options. There is hope though, with suction my left breast gets to about the same size as the right one, still different shapes but I'm using suction on the right one as well - just for less time - to try to even the shapes out.

I to have a cup size difference. I am right handed and my right boob is smaller. I sleep on right and left side I guess mainly a left side sleeper. My left is more round and full with side boobage. My right is obviously smaller and no boobage on the side. A b-cup bra is loose on the right and I am very full on the left. I only use topicals right now as it has only been 6 months since stopped nursing and I only massage small breast 2 times a day. I have been doing this a little over 2 months. I used the blossom s soap and it made the left a little more round and full. I think if there is more tissue to work with than things happen at a faster rate.

Hi Roseability,

Its strange when both my boobs were small, there was a slight diference in size but it wasn't so noticeable, and didn't bother me too much now the growth does show the difference in a big way. I think I will go for the breast pump, does it give you fullness on top? I feel my smaller one shows in my clothes, I have been horrified in recent photos as I see this flatter side. If it weren't for my health issues, I would consider an implant on the smaller boob.
Do let me know how you get on with BB and if there's a miricle out there for this, I sure will let you know.lol

I've had the same problem. I am also right-handed and my right boobie is quite smaller than my left. I think there are a few "external methods" to try and balance them out:

1) Massage the smaller breast more often
2) Use more boobie batter on smaller breast
3) PM topicals and soaps (blossom s and PM creams)
4) Suction/pump smaller breast more often

Personally I've been using the first two methods more often and have gotten slight but noticable success and do plan on trying the pumping devices and/or the PM creams to try and even them out.

Hello,
I am recent to the forum, but have had success in making my A cup breasts symmetrical. I was unable to fill a bra with my right breast (I am right handed; figure there is more muscle and less fat there).

I bought an electric breast pump and pump my right breast more than my left; 10 min. for the right to 5-10 min. on the left a few times a week. My husband sucks my nipples other times with good sexual results. I have breastfed 2 children (now 9 and 13) but ended up very small on the right side. I'd be willing to send pics if you are interested. I also drink a lot of water, try to walk 2 mi. about 5 days a week and eat well. Drinking water is key if you pump. Best $45 I ever spent, on an electric pump, but you need privacy.

Thanks for the advice AuNaturel, currently I'm taking three measures to try to grow the smaller one: massaging with suction for 2 hours a day (Bosom Beauty 2012), massaging with cocoa butter, vitamin E, and red clover extract, and starting yday sleeping on my left side instead - gonna take some getting used to.

i tried to take starting pics too and WHY does it show so much more in the pics???? I'm right handed and my right boobie is much smaller. its a very loose 34C, my left boobie is a full 34C now verging on a D I think :S I'm not trying any herbs or stuff as yet (apart from my usual daily 1-2 cups soy milk) cos I wanted to start slowly with massaging my boobies for now especially cos I've seen some difference (particularly in my left boobie). anyways I do it twice/three times daily for about 15 mins and I focus more on my right boobie I'll try to focus more on that. Now I'll try sleeping on my right side too cos I definately always sleep on my left side!! I never thought there might be someth to this side-sleeping thing... i guess it won't hurt to try. thanks for sharing ppl.

Yeah, I forgot to say thank you. I really appreciate you all sharing stories of what, for me anyway, is the biggest insecurity. Maybe one day, when I feel brave enough (probably when there's an improvement), I'll put a pic up of the horrorendous sight of my chest but for now I can't stomach it. I really would like to know why the camera makes it seem so much worse. The mirror is a lot kinda, as is looking down.

Here's to our very own branch of the NBE forum - The Oddballs ;-) and here's to hoping, not that I don't enjoy your company, that we can join the normal folks soon.

Pics are the way to go...for the truth! I knew I looked bad, but when I took starting pics, it was very daunting to say the least. Also, try this: Stand facing your big mirror and take a hand mirror and look into it at your image in the big mirror and it gives you the "real" picture just like in pics. I can look straight on into a mirror and I'll think my smaller one looks like it has about caught the bigger one, but then if I do that with the hand mirror I can see that it hasn't.

Hey Everyone,
Roseability86 - I'm so sorry to hear how upsetting it is for you! Try to stay positive Smile I definitely can relate to how you feel though - it still makes me feel really insecure.

I hope everyone knows that I'm not trying to say that the sleep "theory" is a definite thing. It's just something that I noticed and assumed could very well be the culprit - sleep position. I definitely don't want to hand down claims, when I don't know the science (or any science for that matter!) behind gravity and blood circulation and its effects.

I can say with certainty that I have only been sleeping on the new side for only over a month - it seems a little fast for that kind of result (for them to be nearly even) - maybe it's just a coincidence that that happened - but then again, I haven't made any other changes that I can think of to account for the nice surprise!

If you think about how much time you spend sleeping, it does seem plausible because it is a significant amount of time (at least one third of our lives, for most of us), allowing for gravity to take its toll. I think part of the reason I have bad posture is because of all the hours I spend sleeping curled in ball Tongue

Right now, their fairly even in size, but the smaller one still doesn't protrude out at the side the way the bigger one does (as a lot of you mentioned) - so that, I don't know how to rememdy

But I worry that prolonged sleeping on the new side will inhibit the growth of the previous larger breast. Time will tell I guess Smile

Re: Asymmetry - can it be corrected?
June 11 2008, 11:58 PM

No, well not for me anyways. I sleep on my right side and my right boob is bigger. I assumed it was gravity - its massive and more under my armpit wheras left one sits on my chest - maybe the gravity pulls the breast down and the blood to that breast (my ciculation is poor so blood probably finds it easier to just sit somewhere than pump) so it received more homrmones. And tissue growth mainly takes place when you're asleep.

Great, looks like we have more "oddballs". I'm really glad we aren't alone on this issue. Besides the self esteem regarding our "breast size" looks like we have more problems regarding the "unevenness".

I too have taken starting pics and there's this certain lighting that makes my right boobie look ridiculously smaller (sighs). I promise to post the pics on the 6th month of my NBE program, i'm 2 1/2 months into it already Smile

I have been using st herbs cream for almost two years and wonderup cream but no luck, I wish I knew the answer to help you
Its a problem some ladies here have reported, what is the size difference?

Chi massage says to massage in inward rotations for growth and outward for no growth/shrinkage. Try using outward on the larger side and inward on the smaller. Or try massaging only the smaller ones for a few days.

Lopsided!
July 31 2007, 2:26 PM

Hi Laura,

This is just way too much for any woman to handle, considering all the other wonderful things we have to deal with, lopsided boobs should not be one of them. You know, you reach an age in your life where you hope you've learned to accept your body and the changes presented to you by age, heredity, genes, etc... Ok, I'm good with all that, the newly acquired mustache, the goatee, the knees that suddenly appear wrinkled, yup, I'm truly ok with all that too, although the waxing business is loving me right now, but the lopsided boobs, well, we best be fixing that really fast. I'm not happy about this one. Most of the other wonderful, unexpected acquired gifts that dear sweet mother nature has provided can be hidden, masked or otherwise gotten rid of, but the lopsided boob, what the hell are we suppose to do with that one... lol

I'll go to her page and see what she did to fix this issue. How come no one warned us about this little trick!

Thanks.

Cynthia :o) As always, a smile!

July 31 2007, 7:42 PM

Hi,
Well Momxseven, aside from the fact that you are definitely a saint for having 7, and I'm sure they are lovely, children, I guess that shoots my theory of the dominant hand to pot!

I wonder why, then, one boob always grows faster than the other boob. Seems to be more common amongst us women here than I expected. I think, for the most part, it's a normal thing seeing how both sides of the human body never, ever match, not ears, eyes, hands, feet, or I guess, boobs! I do know that some women have a much larger side, and of course a smaller side. Some more noticeable than others, my sister for one. She had huge boobs, one far bigger than the other, which she had fixed. I think if she could have had them removed completely, she would have, she seems to hate boobs, they get in her way when she goes horse back riding...lol Thank God her doctor talked her out of that one. :o) In any case, I never had one noticeable bigger, but that has changed, and if this keeps going, I'm not too sure what to do.

I'm going to check out the chi massage and hopefully that will help. I wonder how long it takes to even them out???

Thanks ladies.

breast asymmetry
January 24 2008 at 12:37 AM Berengere (Login Berengere)

I have moderate breast asymmetry that I find really detracts from the beauty of my boobies :[

I've been researching ways to increase breast size naturally and I have hope that it will work. I'm working hard to get my right breast to grow in proportion with the other one, but if it isnt successful, I may trying to reduce the left one with some fat burning creams.

Right now my right breast is about a D cup while my left fits perfectly into a DD. It looks really noticable without my bra and makes me feel self conscious without my clothes. Which isn't good since I'm pursuing a career as a glamour and lingerie model.

I tried the exercises at breastailments.com for a few months but there was no change, so I figured I would put my energy into something else that might be more effective. Right now I'm massaging it 3x a day, rubbing some cayenne mixed with lotion for extra circulation once a day, and I'm also gonna start using progesterone cream as well. I'm hoping all this extra attention will correct the uneveness.

Has anyone corrected unneven breasts with NBE? Have anyone of you gals been successful increasing a cup size with massage and creams alone?

I really appreciate hearing your experience. I'll keep you posted on the results!

Good luck to everyone

I'm hesitant to explain the exercises on a public forum since I think there different from anything I've read before and the man who sells them was extremely rude and insulting when I asked for a refund on one of my purchases.

I purchased an access acount to the members area twice. The first time I purchased it I was kicked off after only a month, when it was advertised that it was a one time purchase. I purchased it again cause I had missed some of the crucial exercises, but the exercises ended up being ineffective anyways.

It was an unpleasant and highly unprofessional transaction where I was left with a message that attacked my integrity and said strange things like

"I do not understand about Americans or maybe thaere is a large number of criminals why would yourequest a refund??"(an exact copy of the what he wrote)

and "Stop bitching and get down to some exercise and maybe you will have results, it seems the only part of your body that gets exercise is your tongue!!"(another exact copy)

Quite bizarre, I don't recommend purchasing from him and I would like to avoid dealing with this man in the future. So, I don't feel comfortable posting the exercises here.

However, you can email meWink

I've managed to reduce my assymetry to some extent. By massaging the smaller one with cream and also applying a lot of heat to the smaller one I've been able to encourage it to grow more than the other. I would recommend anyone with this problem to give massage and heat a go on the smaller one, because there;s a real chance it could work for you.
