is it ok to eat oranges?

I know tiger lily said in her programme that citrics (oranges, lemons) and pineapple along with other stuff is boobie unfriendly food. What is your view on this?

yin vs yang... i think its important if you are on a boobie food diet, but i aint giving up my clementines! im about to have two now, as a matter of fact, for my vitamin c boost for my collagen!

plus i love pineapple. and ice cream... having boobies without the happiness... is it worth it?? haha...

but i think it matters if you are on a strict boobie food diet, or if you eat it ALL the time...

I suspect that Emmie is right, the whole idea about eating certain foods really only applies if you are on a strict boobie food diet (at least that's how I've always thought it worked).

You can eat oranges once in a while, that wouldn't do any harm. But I think it's not good to eat it every day. I'm not an expert so I don't know why oranges are "bad", maybe something to do with oranges being very sour?

i'm on a boobie diet myself and the only fruit i eat are apples, bananas, papaya and avocado. At the moment i'm only doing food and massage, so i guess my diet is very crucial for boobie growing success...

I know that leeks are the worst boobie food ever, don't ever eat them. Some women use it to stop lactation when they are done feeding their baby. Anyhow, it makes your boobies shrink! just thought i should mention it in case you didn't know that already :-)

This yin and yang thing is overdone. Not all boobie friendly foods are yang. Some on the yin list are boobie friendly.

I certainly won't be giving up my oranges.

i just read that oranges are bad for NBE. I don't like water, so've lately -been drinking a ton of orange juice a day instead. Is this why i've stopped growing perhaps?

if you go to 'food and drink recipes' on the main page and then to the 'boobie food' thread, it lists foods that are supposed to be bad for NBE.

when asked for an explanation they said because they are yin foods. but that doesn't really mean anything to me cause i don't know what yin and yang foods are and how they relate to NBE.

hi yvonne

do you still drink beer while you're taking NBE? i like to have a beer now and then as well but haven't had any for a while because alcohol's supposed to be bad for NBE. maybe beer is not so bad because it's made of hops and they're supposed to be good?

Yin or yang explains whether a food is a warming or a cooling type (nothing to do with whether hot or cold). Many body situations can be treated with food therapy, so is important to know about, if measles eat yin, if sore throat eat yin, if fatigue eat yang, if anemia eat yang. In this way yang food not good if you're irritable, yin food not good if you're want booby growth. Correct diet can make the difference.

So, does this mean I should avoid beer altogether? I adore beer! Is wine OK?

hi mark

yes i've still been eating and drinking whatever i feel like since i started NBE about a month ago.

the only thing i've changed is that i'm aiming for higher carbs and protein! and i'm not aloud things with caffeine or carbonated drinks anymore (but i'm allergic to cafeine anyways and don't really like pop so it's kinda easy)

i've been drinking orange juice almost everyday...and beer at least once a week and since i've already had a little bit of growth in this past month i don't think that it has hindered my NBE at all.

so i'm going to continue to drink all my favorite stuff. i don't really see a scientific reason why i can't anyways! at least one hasn't really been explained to me.

let me know what u decide to do!

yvonne

ps. (tiger lily i'm not saying that there's anything wrong with your beliefs, just that i seem to be doing ok with what i've been consuming thus far)

hey all-Ages ago i took a right kicking for what i put regarding my eating/drinking habbits during NBE -so please if your likley to want a pop, it was done a couple of months ago

I have stopped drinking Coffee since and drink less coca cola
But i drink wine every night, drink beer when i feel and still drink soda
My Program is called lazy girl, because i chose not to cut any of my treats out-i smoke /drink etc

I drink fresh orange almost every day, and cannot imagine somthing so naturaly full of anti oxidents,potassium,vitimin C,calcium,vtiminD being bad for any one.

I have been growing, ok not massivly but any growth is good growth as far as im concirned,so in my opinion drink/alohol/smoking etc has not hindered me so far-But i do agree with cutting the caffine, you really do feel better once the withdraral ends.

I apreciate some people have been alittle more dedicated in changing their life for NBE but if this is going to work for me i have to do it my way and i don't think im doing to bad

So, some may not sound logical to you, means it's wrong or doesn't make sense, but I don't know. I tried and it worked, this is my experience. It's all advice from older person in China that knows traditional ways.

For booby growth the cooling property of yin is not helping. Need to find other food, yang or neutral food, because too much yin have effect of cooling down, so it means body not make growth easy in that condition.

I love orange juice. Sad I'm not very trustful in the whole yin yang thing. Maybe there's something on it, but personally I think reasonable arguments and information are better to follow and I have not heard of anything that orange juice contains that would hinder NBE. It's full of vitamins though.

I drink OJ almost every morning at breakfast. I have not heard that drinking it would hinder growth. I'm on the Natture products and I mix my liquid in the OJ. I actually think that the combination has been helpful. Right after I drink it in just about and hours time I will start to get the tingling sensations. Hmmmmmmmmm, this is interesting. I wouldn't believe all that you read.

Bamboo, beef, broiled meats, catfish, chicken and chicken soup, eggs and eggplant, fatty meats and fried foods, garlic and ginger, Korean ginseng, glutinous rice, green peppers, hot and spicy foods, leeks and onions, liquor, mushrooms, peanuts, persimmons, pig's knuckles and pork liver, red foods (beans, peppers, tomatoes, etc.) sesame oil, shellfish, sour foods, tangerines, vinegar and wine.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now, I don't know if *all* of these Yin foods are bad for boob growth. I mean, Barley & Soya beans are both good for NBE (it's what the famous Eve M used in her NBE program!). And if you notice with all these sources, there are some foods that fall into both Yin & Yang (i.e. Feng Shui Institute & MotherNature.com says Tomato is a Yin food, but then Global Gourmet Today says it's a Yang food). Sooo, I would take Tiger Lily's advice of avoiding Yin foods into consideration, but I personally wouldn't live by it. I mean, it won't be the end of the world if you eat some Yin foods. I highly doubt that eating a salad for lunch or having a banana as a snack is going to hinder your boob growth that much, so don't stress!
this whole yin/yang thing is very abstract and i don't really see anything that shows real proof that it's bad for NBE.
im gonna stick to the more scientific arguments and methods i think.
Hey miss monet Great info - could be real useful for others. Not entirely convinced about it myself though, because as you said yourself it won't be the end of the world if you eat some Yin foods.
