Homemade Wild Yam Cream

I can't find wild yam cream here so I've made my own.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Palmer's cocoa butter(the solid tub, not the cream)
+
2 caps of vit e capsules
+
4-5 caps of nature's way wild yam capsules
Directions:
1. I microwaved the coca butter for 20 seconds to soften it.
2. Mix with spoon till smooth.
3. Break open vit e caps and wild yam caps into cocoa butter.
4. Mix well till it's a smooth brown cream.
5. Spread on breasts in a counter clockwise direction.
My experience has been awesome since adding the homemade cream!!!
I know I've grown more this month than I have since starting taking the herbs since last summer. I haven't grown a ton since last summer except for last month. I can't believe it. It's rounded out my breasts and they look beautiful because of the all around fullness.
If nothing else, just try the cream with your routine for 2 weeks and let me know how it's going!!!
Post your homemade wild yam cream recipe here. Maybe I can improve mine, but I still wanna keep it simple.

That sounds like a pretty simple plan i'm gonna try it and see what happens, do u mind if i ask what herbs u are taking with the wild yam recipe or just massage alone, i am currently taking Vitex and have had some growth with it, gonna add the wild yam massage and give it a go

I also use the cocoa butter in the tub and I add a few drops of fennel essential oil to mine. I'm definitely fuller but early days for saying if anything permanent yet. I'm only taking vitex and epo and have been since beginning of Feb.

Hey Cheryl,
Have you had any success with the wild yam cream? Since my period has ended, I've been doing the WY cream externally only.
Initially, I was taking Saw Palmetto, Wild Yam and drinking fennel and fenugreek tea, all internally, and I did have growth of a couple of inches for at least 6 months because I was taking the herbs during this time, but when I stopped this past month after my period ended my growth disappeared.
Now that I used the wild yam cream I've gone back up to the size I was when taking the herbs internally....so, I'm just going to massage with the homemade WY cream from now on and from time to time take a saw palmetto. SP helps with my urinary tract when it just doesn't feel right!

Sounds good, I'm all for making your own boobie batter! I use wild yam cream once a day but I also made a rub from soy oil mixed with fennugreek, fennel, and red clover. I think it's helping because I've gotten very lazy with herbs and have cut way down on how many I'm ingesting, yet I'm still growing.

Hi Jaz!
Yes, I really have. I think the actual base oil I use (soy) might have something to do with it, along with the herbs I put in. I use it before bed every night because it smells a bit like curry! My hubby doesn't mind, but I don't want to smell that way during the day when I'm out and about or for it to mess up my bras. :-)

what is wildyam cream good for? does it work like progesteroncream? i remember being told here that the body cant turn the ingredients in wild yam into progesteron or can it?
anyway i already mixed the cream myself and nice that it doesn't smell at all.

I'm sure you can use the cocoa butter warmed up or not. I just find it's easier to mix the WY powder into the cocoa butter when it's warm because in it's solid state it is very hard.

Yes, the wild yam acts as progesterone. There's a little bit of confusion though because my wild yam cream says to use it every day and I know many of the "progesterone" creams say to only use them on certain days of your cycle. There's such confusion?
