thanks for the article faery. very important read. i just read recently that taking the bc pill automatically makes you estrogen dominant (i suppose that could depend on whether or not you had an estogen deficiency prior, but for many of us who have not had our homone levels tested, we don't know). I have been thinking of moving to a a program with more estrogenic herbs - actually I have through supplementation of fennugreek and fennel - and have noticed no growth since. my Natureday formula really acts more through balancing hormones and with herbs such as dong quai and saw palmetto. Perhaps since I am on the pill, I should stick with what was working before and skicp some of the more estrogenic herbs in greater quantity. definately something for us all to think about...

HI FEARY-iv read it -wow
do we need to increase progesterone and estrogen?
as aposed to increasing one or the other depending?
i read the whole thing but i got quite confused,the scarey words jump out the clearest,
Just wondered if anyone can siplyfy and /or explain what to do from here.
Which takes us back to the old question is NBE safe?
