I heard that if you eat a whole chicken every day your boobs will grow, is it true? Because of all the hormones that gets pumped into chickens to make them grow as much as possible, so they make a bigger bird when they get sent to the supermarket. I heard that there's so many hormones in chickens that even boys would grow boobs if they ate chicken all the time. Is it the truth?

*sigh* No, it's not. A whole chicken a day, be serious. That's too much food. It's even too much protein and could cause kidney problems. There are better ways to do NBE.

While it "might" help it would be very unhealthy and you would gain too much weight. BUT eating chicken feet soup everyday will help with NBE, if the look of the feet doesn't bother you lol I couldn't get past them. Or you could try to add 1 portion of chicken, fish or red meat everyday to your routine also....but me personally I'd go organic. All you really want from the meat is the protien, NBE is about balancing your hormones so eating more of them in non-organic meats can really throw your hard work off balance.

I don't think it's a good idea to eat the 'same' food every single day no matter how healthy they might be in single serving sizes. Your body does better on a variety of foods.

Leaving aside the question of whether you could actually eat a whole chicken a day, I think you should know that giving chickens hormones to boost their growth is now banned in most countries. There really was a scare about eating chickens causing man boobs (and boy boobs), but that was some time ago (40 years?)

This is a modern legend and I think I know where the idea stems from.
Sadly in the modern world, chickens are (or have in the past) been fed on growth increasing substances that in large doses would effect humans. This is to speed growth and fattening process of the chicken and make it ready to be sold quicker. This increases yield, meets demand and increases profit.
Free range is far healthier and kinder to the chicken!
So this is where the myth came from, however, foods and drink laws are much tighter now and (in theory at least) substances that could be harmful to humans are no longer in the food chain.
So in short, the answer is no. Your boobs will be the size they will be, regardless of chicken intake!

Sure your boobs would get bigger, along with your butt, thighs, hips....
On the serious side though. Alot of these girls have been on here quite a while and know thier stuff, so usually thier advice is sound. I have been on here for about 2 yrs., but rarely ever post. I usually just read. I have been nursing or preg. since I started on the site, so I am biding my time until I can start and in the mean while hoping for a miracle natural boob growth that works for everyone! lol.

I'm sure those chicken hormone feeds have been banned, although at the time it wouldn't have surprised me if they did cause boob growth.
