Did progesterone cream work? have any luck with herbs? noogleberry? I would like to ask some questions to people

Hi. A lot of people on here have had success with very different programs. I have not seen a lot of improvement on myself, mainly because I have a hard time sticking to one program for long enough to make a difference. But for me, the one that showed the most improvement was pumping (I use Kang Zhu pumps which are similar to Noogleberry). I had about 1/2 inch of growth (which I've since lost thanks to losing weight 
) when I was pumping consistently for 1+ hours per night.
One common factor that I've noticed on many people's threads is success when massage is part of their program, so I think that one is very important for any NBE program.
