Boobie Diet-Wahaika or waxing moon or others help

I have been reading alot about what the eat when trying to grow boobs and Im confused. Some say to increase protein and calories, thereby gaining weight, and others say to stay away from carbs? Im confused because Im italian from NAples and when I go to Naples, italy, pretty much all of the girls I see there are hourglass, petite, thin and have big breasts...everyone knows that italians from NAPLES eat pasta, bread, nuts,PIZZA Smile, mozzarella, tomatoes, and SEAFOOD etc etc. (I LOVEEE MOZZARELLA..LOL) I thought the medditterranean diet would be good because of how healthy it is.

I myself always watch what I eat, but if I constantly watch and dont eat carbs or other things like that, I lose weight so quickly and look so skinny. These past 2 weeks I went on a mini diet, and all of a sudden went from 109 to 103! Crazy! and It didnt look too good I dont think. I dont know if Im eating right or not.

Is eating more good? are carbs good or bad? how much protein should I have in a day?

I also posted before about how I may have symptoms of estrogen dominance..would that change my diet? (does estrogen dominance symptoms include oily skin and hair and rosacea type bumps?) I have a feeling I may have too much testosterone causing the oil but Im getting my hormones tested this week so we'll see, but if so, what are some thing I can do to decrease testosterone.

Italians drink alot of espresso too but, I have pretty much stopped drinking coffee because of the bad I read about it on the forum, only green tea with honey whenever i want Ill drink. Is this ok?

Ill post my stats since it seems to be important to know:

5'3 1/2
USUALLY 107-109 but now like 103-105
I am petite build... 32 over nips, 26 1/2 under bust 23 inch waist, 35 1/2 around butt (I always get told Im too skinny or tiny, but I think its because I have small boobs cuz everything else seems about right to me)
I am 23 years old

Im usually always stressed out either because im thinking about my boobs or something else..I cant help it, Im the anxious type I guess...I feel my heart beating fast whenever I think about these things. Sometimes I think I need to get breast implants to stop myself from having a heart attack.

Anyways, let me show you what I usually eat to get an idea of my diet.

I usually eat cheerios or another cereal in the morning with skim milk, and have tea with it. for lunch I usually eat my biggest meal like around 2 o clock on average. I eat a choice between pasta, meat, or a vegetable dish like artichoke soup or cabbage soup. I always finish with fruit.

At night, I usually have something like a snack i'd say which usually consists of my favorite- tomatoes with olive oil, salt, red wine or balsamic vineagr, and basil and have that with cheese and bread.

I drink a glass of homemade wine every once in a while and like to snack on fruit and nuts or peanut butter.

I allow myself to eat "junk" like ice cream or maybe chocolate every so often but I never over do it.

In one day, if Im monitoring my calories, I try to limit myself to 1,300 calories and exercise.

I havent been doing too much cardio lately but when I get into it I do cardio like 4-5 times a week at 30 minutes a time and I religiously go to my pilates classes 3 times a week.

WhOO--having said all that, lol, I think Im pretty healthy?? What do you think? Is what Im eating all wrong?? DO you think the carbs theory is wrong?

Aerie,

Are you are a vegan or vegetarian?

It looks to me like you are not getting what the girls in Naples do, which is protein. A common Italian herb is oregano, which would be used to flavor meat dishes. Oregano is a BE herb.

Asperigus is one of those foods that is helpful. But on the protein front, if you are not getting arachidonic acid, you are likely to have a harder time. AA is found in meat and eggs. Good fats also need to be in the diet.

I did not see a program. Do you have one?

Wahaika

Protein

Hi,
No I don't have a program I'm new to the site but this would be my third time trying nbe. I thought milk had protein? I do eat meat maybe not everyday but def at least seafood or meat three to four times a week. I consume slot of dairy really... More milk and cheeses than anything else I've tried to stay away from carbs like they say just to not gain weight but I still get it in my cereal or if I have pasta. Do you think it's too late to grow from eating protein and chabging diet alone? I dont want to gain weight really or lose it I'd like to stay where I am ? Also once I get tested this week I'll know what kind of state my hormones are in but , from a hunch, I feel I am estrogen dominant as a result of the herbs. I haven't seen any programs focusing on estrogen dominance. Also where do you think I can find a few at home hormone tests that aren't going to break the bank so to speak LOL

Hi Aerie,

I agree with Wahaika -based on what you have posted your protein level is no where near enough for NBE.

I estimate that you get about 10 grams of protein from your milk (per 8 oz) and maybe 25 grams of protein from a meat dish that you may eat 3 to 4 times per week.

Cheese has a lot of fat but not as much protein as you might think. Protein from grains is incomplete and even if you eat a complementary protein such as legumes your body cannot digest vegetable protein as well as meat source proteins.

At 1300 calories per day it would be advisable for you to get about 95 grams of protein per day for NBE. The least amount of protein for you to be healthy would be about 50 grams of protein. Based on what you have said, I estimate you may be getting about 25 - 30 grams of protein per day - if that.

You are starved for protein. Here is a quick rundown of the amount of protein is several foods:

Egg with yolk = 6 grams
Egg white only = 3 grams
8oz milk or yogurt = 10 grams
4 oz meat, fish or chicken = 25 grams
1/2 cup cottage cheese = 15 grams

All of the above eaten in one day would still only give you 59 grams of protein. So you see, you do not get enough protein.

Now as far as where to get a good price on saliva tests - the lowest I have found is through the website of Dr John Lee. Just google John Lee saliva test and it will come right up. The run about $30 per test.

Best wishes,
