Hello everyone,
I'm new to NBE and have been lurking here, soaking up information and learning a lot... Just wondering if anyone here has ever taken Fo-ti (for reversing grey hair and for general hair health/rejuvenation) while taking PE, especially PM?
I'm asking because I've been taking both for about a month, and today I found a study on Fo-ti that found high estrogen activity in vitro on par with fg etc. and was wondering if this would interfere with taking PM.

BTW, I'm 38 yrs. old that started with somewhat deflated and sagging 34 B/C. I'm only a month and half into NBE, but have already grew over half an inch with a combo of Noogleberry, Iso-sensuals (Voluplus), and combo of NBE herbs/roots, which I began just over a week ago. The key really seems to herbs/roots- since taking them my breasts feel so much fuller with a aching feeling of growth... Can't believe it's actually working!
