Survey..need all the help I can get on new program please

Hey everyone,
Im going to try a new attempt at NBE shortly...maybe January and need all the help I can get.
From what I've been reading and researching and concluding I have a few questions about a few products.
Back in the day I was using this product called Breast Gain or Breast Gain Plus..and it gave me results I think, but nothing noticeable and so I quit it.
Then I tried Breast Success and I definitely think I was getting results and I should have stuck with it but then again when I stopped, the swelling went down and I lost weight everywhere (which is the reason I wanted to stop because I felt bloated and fat). I was taking additional saw palmetto and fenugreek with it..( I guess I didnt really know what I was doing at the time..just taking in evrything I could with the idea that more is better. I was obviously wrong.
Then I tried individual herbs in the summer and I felt like I was just gaining weight and cellulite and it sucked so I stopped.
Now the cellulite is gone (just takes a good diet and lots of toning and cardiovascular exercises).
and I want to try again because I feel i have more knowledge.
I think one of my main problems was not sticking with a program and deliberatley trying to gain or lose weight.
This time around Im going to eat a healthy diet and make sure my calories are the same but that I get more of the calories from fat and protein. I will continue to exercise aerobically and anaerobically and maybe even try some hypnosis.
Now here's the survey::

also for wahaika...do you think it would be bad to mix MACA and pueraria mirifica? or MACA and herbs?

hi there
im taking greenbush herbs right now with massage and tea- seems to be powerful.
its only been approx 10 days, and im feeling growth pains and tingles- note that i never felt this before with Breast Actives or Breat Success.
i do believe that they have pure quality ingredients as their extracts are the most potent i have ever seen.

Just thought I'd let you know that black cohosh isn't 1 of the recommended herbs here. The reason being that it's harsh on the liver or something along those lines. There should be a thread about it in the Info on Herbs forum in the reference section. So I'd drop that.
Anyhow, tried 1, 2 and 4. Wasn't impressed with the last 2. Both of those only seemed to give me alot of swelling...altho with BA/BGP I kept the .75" until I had to stop taking it (money reasons) and then everything gradually disappeared. Greenbush left me a lil over .25" of actual growth after the other half inch of swelling disappeared. It also was inconvenient taking so much stuff daily, and was costly for someone on a strict budget.
Only thing that gained my respect was PM. Altho, with my stubborn boobs I needed a support herb to get results since after stopping goat's rue, my growth was affected. So the 2 together is what attributed to my improvement. So I'm betting I'll get some results on my 2nd round of PM & GR.
I experienced a lil weight gain on 1 and hair shedding on both 1 and 4 tho.

How much of each and how often?
Massage program?
Use saw palmetto instead of nettle root and/or pumpkin seed oil.
Avoid black cohosh like the plague! It has very specific uses but otherwise it is terrible!
I don't think MACA is a good thing to add unless one is very obviously low on testosterone.
Also include EPO or borage oil, and flaxseed oil.
