I just ordered my first pump online. I got the kangzhu large cups. It didn't come with the pump & hose so I ordered the AnE hand pump and hose. Does anyone have experience with these brands or know if they will be compatible?

I think that the kangzhu pump was made to fit the domes and doesn't attach with hoses. Since the domes have air locks you can pump one at a time vs having two connected together with air hoses and a y connector to a pump. But you can use any pump. If the hoses are a bit small for the nipple on the dome just heat it up with a hair dryer and it should be flexible enough to fit.

My Kang Zhu came with a pump and a hose. I am able to use the pump with or without the hose. Each end of the hose has a plastic thingy that attaches one end into the pump and the other to the opening on the cup. If I don't want to use the hose, I can just pull it out of the end of the pump and use the pump directly onto the cups.

By the way, even if you don't set the air lock the air still stays in pretty well. I didn't even know it had an airlock for the first couple weeks of using it lol. And it still worked fine.

I don't think you would have a problem getting them to work together. In massage school we used 3 different cupping sets from different brands with just one pump/hose and it fit them all fine. They seem to be interchangeable.

Thank you Karren and Alliecat for your responses! I'm glad that it will work because I am ridiculously excited to get it and get pumping. I only have to wait a week thankfully. (or that's what amazon told me) I just wish I would've ordered it sooner lol

Go girl! I was super excited when I got mine too. Just remember, depending on how much "padding" you have to work with, getting the cups to stay on might take a little practice. It took me 3 or 4 days to really get a good feel for how to put them on so they would stay. But once you get the hang of it, it's easy to do.

Are you planning on using any oil with it? Some people say using oil helps with the red marks the cups leave, plus helps them stay on better.

Yep I also ordered some "Palmers moisturizing body oil" when I ordered the pump! It's probably not the healthiest for me but it does have sesame & safflower oil so I figure it's a good start. What are you using in the way of oil/lotion?

I also got some coffee cup lids so I could put them I my kangzhu cups to keep my nipples from swelling. Do I have to tape them to the cup?

I use jojoba (pronounced ho-ho-ba) oil, mainly just because it's what I had around the house from when I was in massage school. I don't know that it actually helps the growth, but it is all around healthy so at the very least it won't hurt. I also have a lotion that has volufiline in it, although it doesn't say what percentage it is so I'm not sure how strong it actually is. I use that one in between pumping with a heating pad.

I've never heard of the coffee cup lid thing. I think some people put tape over their nipples when they pump. I've never done it though. If my nipples grow to be proportionate with my breast growth I'm ok with that.
