Having read this I'm going to buy some nutmeg oil on the way home.
Take note nutmeg oil combined with coconut oil increases circulation.....
If you buy essential oil I'd be wary to use very little as I'm not sure how safe concentrated oils are when it comes to skin contact. I'm going to dilute a few drops in coconut oil
My nutmeg oil wasn't labeled as essential oil. I have used it straight on my skin without issues.

I forgot to get it silly me.
Yeh I think its they obvious tiny bottles of concentrated to be wary of. It's good there's plain old nutmeg oil you can buy. Over here it's had to get anything like that, i just googled and nope can't buy here but here's a recipe , dunno if I'm disciplined enough to do it

Yes you're right about the concentration of essential oils. But they are different depending on the oil. I know tea tree oil should be used in a much smaller concentration than say lavender oil for example. Sometimes I like to infuse my massage oil with orange or spearmint for the rejuvinating feeling of it Smile
