So I think I may be e dominant (waiting for test but took quick online one and came back yes) and I am wondering what herbs I can take for nbe. I taking fenugreek but I'm almost done the bottle so I will stop if it's not good. Help is appreciated thanks.

Google "lotus" he spent so much time on the estrogen debate. He has dedicated fenugreek threads under his posts.
Fenu is a mixed bag really so BEST thing is to get those results then re consult.
