Full Version: Should I wait until my breasts fully develop?

Hey guys,

I'm actually in the middle of a male-to-female gender transition, and I would love to grow my breasts naturally. I've been doing the massages off-again, and on-again, meaning I do the massages when I'm feeling determined enough and dedicated enough to keep at it only to give up after a few days or so.

I keep giving up because... in short, I just feel so discouraged... discouraged that I'll ever get to meet my goal of having DDD or G-cup size breasts. Because I'm transitioning on a budget anyway, it would be a while before I can get any of the creams or pills. I'm too worried they'll interfere with my hormonal regimen anyway.

I just wanted to get this off my chest, and to ask for your opinion if or not i should just wait until my breasts have fully grown to start taking the pills, creams, and massages again.

If you're taking HRT, I would wait on the pills until your breast size has peaked according to your doctor. But I would definitely do massage and stuff like Noogleberry.
Rae'ven,

Healthy fats help with the synthesis of hormones. Walnuts, omega 3's (some omega 6's too) all help with growing breasts. Exercise can increase blood flow to receptor target tissues. It's a 2-3 year process of growing breasts, but realistically?, a DDD or G-cup is rare, 2-3 to three cup is also generous.

You certainly shouldn't throw in the towel so early in the process. Using certain NBE products and Hrt meds for use/aid in transitioning are used more than you think. For instance, finasteride, which is more commonly used for MPB is already being used with non-transitioning males and NBE.

Depression, mood swings from Hrt meds are a big issue too, make sure you recognize the signs/symptoms, talk to your endo/therapist about it, join a support group.

Honestly, I'd be more thrilled in any fat redistribution you'd get too, that's as much as a boost as boob growth. Hang in there.

At this point in my transition, I'm doing multiple massage techniques at once. Hopefully that'll get something going.

The thing about it is, not all transwomen (or naturally-born women for that matter) want, need, or have big breasts. I personally want big breasts but not through surgery, and I do want mine as big as I can get them.

Mind you, I have been on HRT since April of 2014. As far as my breasts go, they are at the very smallest, a full A cup. It would make me a very happy girl though if i were to get measured and find out I'm actually a B cup. Plus, the buds are still beneath my nipples AND they itch occasionally. So that must be an indicator that they're still growing.

Speaking of naturally-born females, doesn't it take them longer than 2-3 years for their breasts to develop? It doesn't take (I don't think) 2-3 years for a teenager or a pre-teen of either gender to go through puberty so I don't think breast growth takes that long.

Also I have been experiencing sadness and depression for reasons beyond my breast growth. Is it linked to my HRT? There is no way of knowing until I take your advice and see my doctor about it.

Through massage u can increase 3 cup
it's true
300 circular rubs in the morning and 300 at nite within 1 Month u feel the difference
good luck: )
You should get it in your head that your breasts are growing, like every single time you look down at them or touch them or see them in the mirror, get excited about it and be like my breasts are growing!! With a smile on your face, positive reinforcement .

And as for massage, I personally don't think it has to be the boring 300 circles route, you can do that when you have time, but when you don't have time just rub them over your clothes, grab them at red lights when you're driving, cooking, whenever, just give them lots of loving attention, always have a smile when thinking about your breasts growing & envision yourself with them the size you want. If I'm not rubbing mine, I grab them for a quick tweak/full boobie pinch. I like mine rough-handled personally Lol. At home I don't wear a bra for better bloodflow and easier access Wink same with if I can get away with it in public, so that when I'm driving I can give them quick rubs.

One of my classes I am taking currently, we had a trans man in to speak, and he talked about his transitioning period, and now he was going the opposite direction of you, but the change of hormones made him VERY emotional, I'd assume it'd be the same for you so that is probably the reason for your depressive feelings, along with you body simply not looking how you want it to yet. It's important to keep up the positivity and believe that you will get there though. I'm confused by your posts if you're already on hormones or have not started them yet? But eat lots of !Healthy! fats, and use your mind to be constantly telling your body where you want the fat to go. It'll listen.

Not intending to discourage you more, but breast growth for genetic women can go on from around the age of 10 to 18 or later. Some women are as old as 21 or so before reaching their final size. On the upside, you may have a decade of interesting surprises ahead of you. "Life is like a box of chocolates...". Smile

I'm on my HRT now. I started back in April of '14, lol.

I do try to remind myself that my breasts are growing still yet. But i can't help feeling really discouraged and depressed whenever I'm about to get into the shower, I take my shirts and my bra off and I see my chest is still... flat looking. It still looks like a man's chest and I hate that. It's just a sad sorry reminder of what I'm trying to get far away from.

The other thing about it is massage alone isn't doing much, not for me anyway. So I won't feel like doing them until I've saved up enough to buy me jars of Pueraira Mirifica, Fenugreek, and Bovine Ovary, and then resume doing the massages.

Oh okay, that's good to know. Thanks.
breast growth in genetic females can still happen until the mid twenties, so it's a long process,

i think it's good that you want natural enhancement instead of silicon, and also massages and similar stimulation won't hurt , if anything you'll just get more growth Wink

.... but you really shouldn't aim for natural G cups, you'll be nothing but disapointed..... be realistic and hope for a cup less than your mother or aunts etc, you can't really beat them much

but all i can tell you is that one year and a half of HRT is still short, and change will still happen for some years, so don't give up now, that would be pure silly :p

another thing that should be obvious: you're on HRT, so you do not need Pueraira Mirifica, bovine ovary and so on, you're already controlling your estrogen intake, adding phytoestrogen will do NOTHING at best, and at worse it will even hinder your growth: nothing beats 17-beta estradiol and natural progesterone that i assume you'd be taking..
fenugreek and other can help because they do not add hormones into your system but instead help your hormone sensitivity so that doesn't go against your HRT Smile

also remember that hormone overdose can stun your growth, so keep it steady, i remember a pic on a breast database website of an actual man, who had taken antiandrogens alone due to a prostate problem, and grew C-cups without any estrogen intake or any will to grow boobs that is :p
showing that removing testosterone alone can do wonders with your own estrogen already (because yep, genetic males have some too Wink )
