I see nothing said here about using a pump typically used to express breast milk?
I have read in other writings that if a breast milk pump is used on a regular basis (several times daily for a few weeks), that you can stimulate your breast to develop and eventually lactate
Is that an old wives tale of is this something that can work as breast milk pumping systems are easy to get and not that expensive.

There is a place on the web that deals with women who want to breast feed adoptive children of breast feeding age. They have a lot of info on it as well as tidbits from almost everywhere about men who can and do lactate.
I will try to gather all up and post them in the next couple of days.
Breast pumps designed for nursing mothers can help a bit in the breast size (or shape) department, I think, but they are not designed for that purpose and don't work very well for that. They typically have soft cups that are meant to fit down against most of the breast and create suction on the nipples. This can perk up your nips a bit, but it's doesn't do as much for the whole breast area. For that you really need the rigid cup that pulls forward the entire breast.
I have a nursing pump and used it on and off for a long time. It did help keep my nipples perky, but didn't do much other than loosen the overall breast area.
I am addicted to a dual nursing breast pump.
It has provided me with an increase in my bra cup size, but more importantly it has produced heavy and protruding nipples.
I now need to wear a tee shirt bra to support the weight of my nipples and to mask their protrusion.
The strength of those pumps are not much more than pleasant stimulators at best. The cups used in breast milking,, kits, are useful in other ways You can do a few things with them.
one take a wide syringe, cut off the head down by the nipple. sometimes you can connect one to the head of one of these lighter plastic cups for milking. You then can can get some decent suction for nipple enlargement.
Or
you can hook it up to a pump similar to the chinese breast enlargement hand pump. this will give you even greater suction. but as they initially come,,( most of ) the breasts pumps for pregnant women are a bit weak for other use.
of course as with anything results may vary.lol
