Hopefully someone can answer this for me. I'm wondering if the breasts sag after pumping. It seems like the more you stretch the skin, the more sagging that might happen, but I'm not sure. Am thinking heavily about getting a pump but don't want to make them any worse than they are. Have lots of people had good growth with pumping alone? (Without sagging?) please let me know! Thanks!
Hi Lila,
No, they don´t sag. My experience is they feel a bit "fluffy" right after pumping and after a while you notice they become "meatier".

I´ve been off NBE and pumping for a couple of years but I haven´t had any sagging. I think noogling was working for me though I only attained more fullness (I stopped for a long time because of lack of time), but the thing is, you will notice they get fuller before you notice growth. And yes I was only using the noogleberry at the time, I tried herbs in the beginning but they only gave me mood swings and cellulite.
Thanks, Bibi! How long do they leave the rings after you pump?
Well it depends on how long you pump and with how much pressure. I´ve actually been a bit worried about this too because I don´t want to freak out my boyfriend with weird ring-boobs. So what I´ve done so far is go slowly, I will pump and hold for a few minutes, then release. Also I always try to do it at night before sleeping because then the rings will go away overnight. But you just have to try it out and take it easy in the beginning.

I was also thinking to apply some sort of insulating tape (those you use on windows) on the domes, perhaps that will help with the rings, but I haven´t tried it out yet, I´ll let you know when I do.
Ring-boobs! LOL Tongue

Thank you for the tips! Let me know how it works out for you. Smile
Also, can anyone comment on what happens if you don't pump for a few days or a week or month? Do you lose that look?
