Trust me down the track you will want to refer back you many things, your under/over bust, your weight too. And there's a notepad under your user profile too, make notes of what posts contain you progress update measurements.
There were times I went back DESPATATE to know what I weighed the past couple of years but all that info was lost in my threAd never to be found agAin, took me that long to figure out how to utilise the notepad.
We do read your thread. It's just if you aren't using what we are or using the same method we can't contribute to offer advice which is often the case.
Your boobs look so pretty as they are too.
Your breasts look amazing! You've made some great progress and they already looked great to begin with. They're so symmetrical & perky. I'm the farthest thing from an expert on nbe but I do know that it's better to just put down the measuring tape. It can be stressful and deceiving. Nbe improves your shape and fills out the tops & sides of your breasts more so you can see the progress more than it shows on the measuring tape. I also notice that my breasts feel bigger even if I don't notice a change when I measure. I'm not saying to not measure AT ALL but I would maybe try going longer in between measuring. Or at least be aware of how it can be deceiving. This has been difficult for me bc I get discouraged and the most important part of nbe is staying positive!
I missed an update and didn't take pictures, though not much has changed to document anyway. Will post pictures next "scheduled" update. I'm sorry for not answering everyone, I just felt really bad and whiny after my post and a little ashamed that I got upset at all. I really do appreciate everyone's words and thankful that you bother to answer me, even after I've been childish.
I've taken advice not to measure often, maybe 2-3 weeks inbetween. I'm at around 81.5-82cm sadly but I've barely massaged and I've stopped PM as I wanted to switch brands.
I've ordered PM from oxford vitality and will hopefully start taking them within two weeks or so. I've gotten some coconut oil for massage as I just don't like putting cold flaxseed oil on my boobs lol. And coconut smells sooo nice.. I should be glad they didn't shrink more than they have tbh. I've been busy as shit with studying full time and working part time that nbe just hasn't been in focus, but I'm starting to feel the booby greed again haha. Something has to change!
Oh, and I've also ordered a little silicone cupping..cup. I'm sorta interested in pumping but don't want enlarged nipples, so this was the safest option imo. I'm gonna try my best to avoid the skin around the nipple and the actual nipple. Hopefully, a small boost in growth can be achieved. I've read some about cupping but it seems most people go for noogleberry/kangzhu or brava. I'd like to hear bout anyone else's experience with cupping if it hasn't been posted yet.
Anyway, I'm sorry for my previous post. Thank you for answering me, and I will keep updating. The 4 week mark is usually around the end of the month so that's when I'll post pictures. I'll try to take pictures every 4 weeks even if there is no change. I know that I find pictures the most motivational because it's more tangible and I hope that maybe someone can benefit from them as I have done with other people's pictures.
I saw your post about no one responding. Don't feel bad, and no need to apologize! I don't think it was much of a rant, really. You were nice about it. People don't respond to my thread a whole lot, either, even when I outright ask questions. Sometimes people don't know what to say or are wondering the same things, themselves. I think the main thing is to focus on your NBE journey and make sure you are doing what you need to do to get results. That's how I personally view my own program page. It needs to keep me getting results, period. If no one ever speaks to me again in it but I wind up with much bigger breasts in the end, then it has served its purpose.

I've just ordered 8 bras from Japan, haha. One collection bra and then some various. I'm interested in the collection bra, but mostly I just want a bra that fits AND is cute. I know there are brands like Freya etc that have my sizes but they're not very girly... I'm just not willing to pay that much for an "adult-y" bra.. I want the frills and the bows and all that. Those specialty brands rarely have padded bras either. They're mostly full-cup and such. "Big cups" don't have padding for some reason. I can understand that if you actually have big breasts, but a 60F and a 90F are very different. And as you all can see, I'm not a chesty girl hahaha. I'd rather alter a cute bra than wear a plain full cup.
Smallest band was 65 and I need 60 but it's not much to alter. Better than getting a 70-band. It would probably distort the fit of the cups more to take in a 70 to a 60, so. We'll see. I might take pictures in some of them when they arrive. Hopefully within 2 weeks. (It said a maximum of 7 days, but...you know, mail..)
I also buy bras from japanese online shops because the smallest size in my country is 70. Goodluck on your program. You have had really fast growth. We have similar breast shape. I wish I could grow as fast as you!
I don't know why they don't have smaller band sizes. 65 and 60 isn't THAT small. Why?

Ok, I swear I'm getting fat and my boobs are shrinking. Haven't measured yet cause I'm scared, but these pictures are horrible haha. Currently praying that my PM and cup get here soon.
Also, I seem to have switched sides. Bothers me a little since I want consistency in the pictures but oh well, can flip...maybe..sometime...

For what its worth, i read your thread....i follow many threads in which i dont reply mostly i dont reply bc i have nothing to contribute...and think it will be another useless post from me..but ill post some useless posts here if you dont mind:p ,hopefully you are not going to leave us before youve reached your goals. It takes a while before small breasts react to nbe..but hope youll feel welcome and supported in the mean time.
