* Estrogen Dominance (after high doses of PM)

Every day:
^*^ MSM 2x1000
^*^ Potassium Iodide 3x100 mkg
^*^ Gingko Biloba tea. 1 cup a day
^*^ Collagen 1x150 mg
^*^ Calcium 2x 1250 mg
^*^ Spearmint tea 1 cup a day
^*^ Massage twice a day for 15 minutes


Days 1-2: PC
Days 3-7: 1 PM
Days 8-12: 2 PM
Days 13-14: No PM or PC
Days 15-till Menstruation: 2 PC

Just a little update

month after I started a program, I got terrible Menorrhagia, so I stopped using pm. Appearently, I am Estrogen dominant. Vuala! SO, no estro herbs for me.

Changed some things in program:
1) I'm using Red Reishi for lowering DHT (which works perfect, I don't get breakouts anymore)
2) Started BO 2 weeks ago (Body temp. is fine)
3) Purchased NoogleBerry 3 weeks ago (I'm not consistent with it tho, sometimes it gets really boring) >.>

So dunno, seems like a descent program and should work...


But boobs are the same! T__T
But I won't say that I don't see any changes
skin is glowing, tights and butt is getting even wider -_-
Body hair grows really slow and is thin
In a nutshell, everything is working, besides boobgrowth

maybe I'm doing something wrong? :-?
