Can I take both in the same day? Or is it advised to take a few days off BO to take milk thistle?

Milk thistle traditionally is used as a liver tonic, to help stimulate its disposal of toxins. I would cycle it..take b.o. for a couple of weeks, then off for a week, taking milk thistle for a week.

Not sure if taking same time would inhibit the process of b.o. effectiveness.
