I think what is called estrogen dominance is actually androgen dominance, and a lot of LH or FSH. Estrogens are usually high during this time, when androgens are higher than normal. Androgens are associated with mood problems.

Vitamins, lminerals, low salt intake, and adaptogens should help with mood symptoms during late luteal.
Flaxseed can lower various androgen levels, but too much might be counterproductive to NBE. I think NBE can be done botanically, without animal extracts. A combination of paleo or vegetarian diets can be used. FYI, some MSMs may be made from crab shells.

Keeping a balance using the goats rue with pm really made a effect put me in a good mood because of the prolactin with the estro
Plus I haave had a lil T herb could this cause the andrgons or should I just have more converting herbs like peony ? I've had no bad hair growth so I asumed I was all clear =p

Ok this is long an yes at one point I was noolgledd a lot! You don't have to noogle that much I know some people on here at the 4 hour mark at most growing 4 cups !
that over noogle time that's why I got padding you can get pressure sores mine cleared up but remember if you do stop! get padding if you see any blister stop it can be permanent I read if it reachs a stage a lil scab will clear mine is history
you'll see I level out for a 4 hour mark and start with that I got a good inch with that mark =p

Your plan is good. It has prolactin and progesterone. I was suggesting using peony currently, which I think an aromatase was missing. Hops is a potent prolactin. It'd be helpful to drop or finish PM. PM isn't healthy, and it appears to raise mood issues that are associated with androgens. Saw Palmetto may be counter productive to NBE, but you might want to hold on to what's left of it anyways.
The Fenugreek already in your program was just effective as a progestogen and was just easily available.
It might be an excess of certain androgens that cause moods. You'll have to cautiously check if that's the case. (neuro-hormones, maybe neuroandrogens, might alleviate mood, but I don't know). I would think to use goat's rue instead of a T-herb, but you hold on to the t-herb if your androgen levels become too low.
Check the ingredient label on MSM, it should tell you. I remember some labeled with having crustacean shells.
I think if you don't have excessive hair, and aren't having problems, then that's one indication that your hormones may be balanced.

Wow rocketmelon, your results are absolutely astonishing for just one year! I always see your posts around the forum before but never realized how far you'd gone. I'm honestly impressed and a little envious.
Do you think the noogleberry is responsible for most of your growth? It's hard to tell since your program has a little of everything
but it looks like you grew most after you added noogle.
I really want to try noogleberry now but it just seems like a hassle for me at the moment

sorry to go off on this thread, but lovely, do you think that androgens are the #1 thing that can slow down growth?
I'm using mainly topical herbs including a PM cream and they seem to be doing something good for the most part, but I'm beginning to wonder if I might have too high androgens. I thought using estrogenic herbs could counteract the effects of androgens? maybe not? i've considered getting a white peony extract and some tea tree and lavender for topical use to counteract androgens.
