Just wondering if anybody's tried topical progesterone cream if they've missed periods(I've read that a lot of ladies have missed/been late taking pm). According to some research I did initially b/c I have pcos, Progesterone is what mostly causes menstruation and would be the obvious solution in missed periods. I'm not sure where the connection would be, maybe in the estrogenic properties of pm or an imbalance of hormones in general while taking it. I'm thinking that if it does become a problem for me, I would use progesterone to correct.

Just found out that I too have pcos however my doctor stated that my hormones were mostly normal with a slighter higher level of testosterone.. Only I'm not sure about this as I was certain I would be estrogen dominant. I do not have any increased hair growth and have experienced significant weight gain in the last few years. I am not sure where this leaves me with both nbe and also weight loss.

Any tips would be appreciated
