Hello Smile
I've used Noogleberry for couple of months - about 1hr a day. I've seen results, but very, very small. I've dreaming of buying Brava, but I can't afford it right now.
And I was thinking.... what about buying Noogleberry airlock and wearing domes for couple of hours (low suction, just like Brava?)
Do you think I can get comparable results?
I have not yet experienced any growth from noogleberry, but I do wear it overnight while I sleep (and I have heard of others who do this as well) on low pressure. So if you are able to sleep on your back, or possibly your side, for even a few hours, this may help.

Some people require short sessions or pump and release, and others find longer sessions to be more helpful. It's different for everyone so you may have to try different things out. It does take more time for some people, so it's good that you're able to notice some changes at least.
I think an air lock is the way to go no mater what you do. It keeps you from having to pump as much. And then you can try longer periods. What also works are valves that you can put in the air line and just turn to the off position. better than an airlock and cheaper. Get them at the pet supply store in the fish area. regular air line valves...
It's my first day noogling and I literally plan on using it like I would use brava. I simply didn't want to spend a thousand on something I wouldn't use and actually sleep in so I thouht noogle would be a good into.

Personally I don't see how only an hour a day of anything is going to make that big of a diff. I understand the science behind tension induced cell growth.. but that's just not going to happen in a single hour, imo.

I personally slept in it for a few hours and I must say it's fine. Like it wasn't a dream by any means, it's rough to not be able to sleep in any position that suits you and when attempting to sleep on my side I found I lost suction in the opposite boob and had to keep pumping sooooo yeah. It's def a test run of "can I sleep on my back for X months? every single night?" so yeah.

I didn't notice any bruising or anything, but I'm not going psychotic with the pressure. I just do it to where I feel a pull in all directions and then chill out and get some shut eye or browse the internet.

i personally don't see the need for the airlock. It's just spending unnecessary money, you'll prob need to repump a few times and pump "up" a little before you're totally out for the night bc I feel I do lose a little suction.
Just though I would throw in my own theories. I believe the best method is to do many hours aggressive pumping one day a week, then let the breasts recover with just massage for the remaining days. If you pump long and hard for several hours, you will deprive the skin under the edge of the dome with blood circulation and kill the skin there causing permanent scars. To avoid this, only pump for 7 to 15 minutes then remove the domes for a few minutes and massage your breasts including the area around the breast. Repeat this process for the duration of the session. By aggressive pumping I mean up to the point of getting red dots by the end of your session. If you get bruising then you have over-pumped and should stop immediately and wait several days for it to heal. When pumping, use a good coating of lubricating oil like coconut oil or safflower salad oil. This allows the skin to slide up easily inside the domes. Drink lots of water, generally all day, but particularly when pumping.

Obviously you cannot do this program while sleeping. Requires a lot of work and dedication. During the rest of the week, massage at least twice a day, i.e. morning and evening for 15 minutes with flaxseed oil. Just a small amount of oil so it is completely absorbed into the skin by the end of the 15 minutes. Flaxseed oil must be refrigerated after the bottle is opened or it will go rancid. If it does go rancid, throw it out.

If you use safflower salad oil for pumping, be aware that it is quite thick (which makes for an excellent lubricant) but will clog the pores on your skin, so it should be washed off after the end of your pumping session.

I believe you will get much better results by pumping 5 to 7 hours one day a week than pumping 1 hour every day.
