I'm not sure if this is the proper forum, please move this thread if it isn't. I am 24 years old and have been heavy for almost my entire life. My breast are pretty saggy thanks to this, genetics and failure to wear a bra consistently. I am losing weight now and worried they will get even worse. They aren't completely flat but bordering pancakey, and when i lay down the skin is wrinkly and folds in, basically feels like the breast is slightly empty. I have been trying to do exercise in an attempt to strengthen the chest and perhaps lift or make them appear lifted slightly. My question does anyone have any experience with filling out/tightening/firming the breast and can suggest a regimen? I have heard fenugreek and fennel is good as well as evening primrose. I don't expect a miracle, but I'm hoping to try anything that would possibly help even a little. Does anyone have experience with this situation or have any success stories? I'd appreciate any advice as well. Thank you.
What is your cup size? I think you'd be a good candidate for noogleberry. NB has been known to help fill up breasts, and perk them up, and make them all around bigger. I know what you mean about the deflated look, NB should help fill them up. You could try herbs but imo they are a huge guessing game. PM, Fenugreek, & the herbs you listed are estrogen based herbs. Are your periods regular? if they aren't you could be estrogen dominant and adding more estrogen to your body might upset your cycle. For example, I have too much estrogen so those herbs do nothing for me but mess up my period ^^;

If that sounds like you, you can try progesterone cream or chaseberry for growth. There is also bovine ovary but that is a heavy hormone to grow your chest, so if you don't know much about it, please do your research on it first Wink

but again imo I think you'd do really well for NB, it is non hormonal & the blood that flows in your chest causes swelling, and over time that swelling turns into tissue, and that is what you need in your boobies to make them perk up-- more fat/tissue. Smile

Thank you so much for your reply! I am cup size DD. My periods aren't regular but I've always assumed it was due to very high levels of anxiety, I did not know it could be caused by too much estrogen. Sad
I will be checking out Noogleberry! Do you recommend a particular brand of progesterone cream? Also you mean chasteberry pills, and how many mg? If I did decide to still use the other herbs in conjunction would that be unsafe?

you're welcome Smile
If youre DD then I recommend Noogle even more! NB works so much better for women with more breast tissue imo, you'd see results even faster than most with a smaller chest size. & there are a lot of factors to why periods can be irregular.. it doesn't always have to be estrogen dominance but I think you should definitely get connected to your body before you start any herbs.

If you check out "my plan" or some of my links you can see my journey of finding everything nbe related out Smile I found a lot of good links, here are some you might find interesting:

http://balanceyourchemistry.com/irregular_bleeding.htm
if you're E dom:
http://www.drnorthrup.com/estrogen-dominance/

mostly I have noticed is irregular periods, heavy bleeding/cramping, tummy gain and any weight usually goes to your hips. etc etc

http://yestheyrenatural.com/can-you-get-...one-cream/

I recommend emerita progest or source naturals progesterone cream.

& if you're not E dom I would recommend taking other herbs to match the PC cream or chasteberry.. if you're E dom you shouldnt have to take any E herbs because your body is already producing enough estrogen.. if I were you I would choose one or the other, chaste or PC.. imo you don't need 2 things that are doing the same thing for your body, bc then you might just over load it Tongue

http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=21602

if you're not E dom, any E based herb would be good to cycle with your PC or chaste.. so during your folliciular phase you would use E herbs only, then during your luteal phase you would use your PC or chaste Smile I believe capsules are available in 225 mg and 400 mg dosage forms, I would always start out low and you can slowly raise the mg you take.

also massage is really good. Smile

Thank you for the links! I am planning to buy a NB next time I get paid. I really hope it will help fill out these pancakes I have!

So you are saying, E dominate or otherwise, I should be taking some form of progesterone? Is it better to take orally or topically in your experience? Also, I read Maca is another that is considered good for progesterone. Do you have any opinions on that? And final question on this topic, but is there a difference between just Chasteberry extract versus VITEX Chasteberry extract?

Also I have a question about mixing herbs. For example, Saw Palmetto. It says it acts on progesterone receptors and that it causes a reduction in estrogen levels. So if you take that as well other estrogen producing herbs, is that just cancelling each other out?

And finally could you please explain to me a bit more about the various phases (folliciular and luteal)?
Maybe alongside pectoral exercises look at
http://www.isosensualsenhance.com/
aloe vera massage
http://www.findhomeremedy.com/5-amazing-...ast-lifts/
massaging daily
maybe look into a diet that promotes breast growth coupled with massage might help.

im sure louts had some links on his programme page to adipose breast tissue too towards the end of his thread..

Well yes, because you'll want to balance the E you're putting into your body. Your body naturally produces Estrogen, progesterone, etc. So if you're putting in more E you might end up with an hormonal imbalance, so people match their bodies natural hormones. Also, E is not the only thing that grows breast Smile Progesterone, prolactin, sex hormones play a roll in them as well. I use Progesterone cream and it works just fine Smile

Maca really helped me with my P, maca is an adaptogen herb which means it will work with your existing hormones to level you out, I think it aids in estrogen as well. It adds good E to your body, helps keep it at bay and levels progesterone, imo I love maca, it leveled me out so well, it helped aid in most of my nbe-- but that's because of my hormonal make up atm. But regardless it should keep your hormones stable, that's just what it does. Oh maca also might make your booty bigger, so keep that in mind lol

I think vitex is just another name for chasteberry, like the latin name, don't quote me on that lol but that's what I gathered from it.

http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-968-chasteberry.aspx?activeingredientid=968&activeingredientname=chasteberry

oh look, its good for skin/acne. I didn't know that.

Yeah saw palmetto might do that, I have heard of herbs canceling one another out, if SP does that, I might take it LOL I need to lower my E. I know SP is good for skin too. It's an anti androgen I believe, so it will lower your Testosterone/androgens which are male hormones, if your T is too high that could interfere with breast growth too..

follicular and luteal are phases through a woman's body/menstrual cycle.
http://www.webmd.com/normal-menstrual-cy...rual-cycle
basically Follicular phase is when E rises and luteal is when P rises Smile You have to know your cycle to cycle the herbs. If your period is like clock work every month without break through bleeding chances are your hormones are level and you can track these phases fairly easy.

Thank you! I apologize for taking so long to reply. I have a much better understanding now and appreciate all of your help!

Final questions just to confirm, I should take estrogen during follicular phase and then progesterone ONLY during luteal? Do I continue to take estrogen the entire month or only take one or the other during each phase?

And should I only take maca or progesterone cream/pill, not both together?

E only during E (follicular)

make sure you know your cycle Smile
progesterone cream should be taken during luteal phase only
I take maca through out the month, you could cycle it if you want but I don't because it levels my hormones and I use it for other things as well Smile idk if i've mentioned this but maca might make your booty grow lol
Just wanted to chime in with cautionary advice:
If you can afford to, Much safer than guessing is to get you're hormones tested, either by blood or better : saliva.
It takes out the guessing and trial and error. It could mean you spend way less money over all (trying to find something that works for you)
Good luck Smile
