Well, like I said, I'm here to learn, lurk, and ask a few questions before I start back into my NBE journey, take two LOL I THINK I have figured out what herbs I want to start with. I am hoping to use the following in my program:

Fenugreek
Fennel
Wild Yam
Hops
Red Clover
Black Seed (possibly)

I am interested in finding out how much of these herbs is a typical dose for NBE. How many mg of each? I know I could go through all the programs and probably figure it out, but I'm lazy and don't feel like searching through the plethora of program posts and updates.

In addition to the herbs listed above I plan on taking MSM, Coconut Oil, L-arginine and L-tyrosine, and a hair, skin, and nail multivitamin. These I plan on taking at the recommended daily dose.
Hi and welcome! I just started again too! I would suggest taking the recommended dosage of everything first, and if you don't notice any changes, up them individually until you do. It's kind of a lengthy process, but NBE generally is haha. It's all about trial and error. As for the hair, skin and nails, I wouldn't take a multivitin for that as you don't know exactly what you're getting with those. They could have fillers and may not be as effective as taking biotin and collagen separately. I would start with those two, but if you prefer a multivitamin, it still works and, after all, it's your body an ultimately your call. Smile

Everything else looks good and I think it's a great starting point. Do you plan to massage or noogle?
Thanks for the reply! I plan on massaging 2x a day with virgin, unrefined coconut oil and some tea tree and lavender essential oils. I have a skin condition called tinea versicolor that pops up in summer or when I'm stressed, it causes discolored splotches of pigment across my neck and chest and the coconut oil and tea tree really help with it, plus I think I read some where on here that there was a study on young boys who started growing breasts when using lavender and tea tree oil products.

As far as skin and nail vitamins. I like to take some kinda multivitamin/mineral daily. I heard others say prenatal vitamins are better balanced and are just as good for your hair and nails. I have considered just using horsetail, biotin, and collagen. But I noticed there are 3 types of collagen- which one(s) are more important for NBE and hair/skin?
A lot of people have had success with coconut oil! Considering your skin condition, it seems like the best route for you.

As for hair, skin and nails, I recommend the second choice. The horsetail, biotin and collagen I believe is your best bet. I say this because prenatal vitamins would have a great effect on the subject, but you have to remember that those are for pregnant women, so the dosages of everything else in it will be a lot higher than normal vitamins. This could have a negative effect if your sensitive to something like that. Also, I take Neocell's Super Collagen powder type 1&3. I think it also has vitamin C in it, but I'm not positive. You should give it a try. Smile But mix it with orange juice because it's awful in water D:
