Hi everyone, I know you probably saw my inflamed hair follicle post before, but I really need some advice.

So it all started in March when I started using cocoa butter for noogling and massage. Bad idea...I have really oily skin so it clogged my pores I think. Noogling just made it worse. So I tried many things for it, including a scrub (irritated it more), face wash (made it worse), olive oil(doesn't do much) and calamine lotion (meh).

I was using emu oil up until last Tuesday and then I accidentally used wild yam extract with my massage oil (bad bad idea) but the alcohol inflamed them so bad they spread. Now they feel all dry, rough and patchy and itchy. I can't even wear a bra for the past month Sad they were going away up til that point. These are on the sides of my boobs by the way.

What should I do? Go to a doctor? Or any home remedies??
I had this (but WAY worse) a month ago.

I had to stop all topical treatments, and anything to do with the breasts on the outside for 2 weeks before it cleared up. All I done was add Vitamin E cream.

Hope it helps.

Your skin looked fine in the progress pics
Try amlactin, pimple drying lotion, and aveeno.
Are you still noogling can you noodle without an oil
Or try tree tea oil

So don't do anything to them even massage?Sad but they get so itchy lol. So you can use vitamin e cream though?
I found massaging with ANYTHING will inflame them.

All I done was 'lightly' rub vitamin E cream in twice per day, and after 2 weeks it went away.

I would try to not touch them at all, do not stimulate the skin at all. I know this is a bad thing, but should clear up quick.

Mine lasted so long because I was still massaging and adding topical stuff to them. I found once I stopped everything, especially massaging, it started clearing up.
Yeah you're right this whole time that I've had them I've been putting stuff on them. I'll try it,
Thanks! I'm glad you had the same experience as me I thought I was the only one. What caused your inflamed hair follicles?
Pretty sure, not 100%, but pretty sure it is because I am an ape man. Tongue

Meaning, Removing hair from my boobs (which is where my inflamed area was, all around my nipples in a circle) and using creams and massaging after epilating.

Another issue was when the hair did regrow, massaging would aggitate the skin, hence, a rash type thing happened.

I have since made a plan on massaging, when to, and when not to.

For example, On the day I shave/epilate, NO CREAMS or MASSAGING at all!

Then, 1 day after shaving/epilating, start my normal routine, but only for a maximum of 2 weeks, after that, broken off hair that did not pull out properly, would start to come out of the skin again.

It is a massive headache to deal with, so I am looking at getting a laser hair remover instead, at least then I can be assured all hair has been properly delt with, and not broken off as apose to being fully pulled out.

NOTE: I said it before, but use Vitamin E cream on the areas you are massaging/applying all your topicals to, Rub Vitamin E cream in the area EVERY night before bed. This has helped me 10 fold.
Hahah, ooh I see, well I guess massage does irritate them more. Just don't touch it at all except when you put vitamin e lotion on it?

I am gonna miss massaging, it seems to have helped my growth a lot! I was trying to do a 30 day program of massaging 2 times a day but I guess I'll put it on hold. I want my boobs to be a full 32Bcup by June 19 when I am going to Vegas lol. Want to look good in bikinis. Will that be possible?
I wouldn't do anything but apply the cream.

As for the other question, not a clue lol.

I am a newbie to all of this. Big Grin Just so happened what you are going through now, I have already gone through Tongue

PS: Over shaving/Epilating can cause this too!
Sweets93,

Just my opinion but I think if I were you I would see a dermatologist just to be on the safe side. They would probably get you well in no time without all the trial and error issues.
