Hey! Yes, I'm new too. My name is Autumn. And I've been reading a lot about flaxseed and I've been really liking the idea of it and been hearing that it really helps.
Anyway, just today I went to Walmart and bought some flaxseed oil, and of course my luck, they only had capsules, so when I got home I cut them open and did the massaging process and a couple minutes later they started to get itchy then after a little bit they started to get warm and began to have a slight burning sensation. Is this normal?
