Man I haven't posted in a while!!! APOLOGIES <3
So in my plan I've been taking PM (by Ainterol) 2 times daily (morning & night) during the follicular phase. This is the only hormone effecting herb I've been taking. And during luteal I've been doing 2 drops of NatureDay (morning & night).
However, the last 2 times cycles, I got my period within a few days of stopping PM and taking NatureDay. I've taken Natureday previously and never had it effect my cycle so I don't think it's the natureday.
I have read a lot of times PM delays menstruation but I didn't read about the cycling of PM bringing on periods early.
What does this indicate about my hormone levels? Why is this occurring?
Do drops in Estrogen cause periods to come earlier?
