Hi everyone. Allow me to tell you a bit about myself. I am 42 and a mum of 2 kids (10 and 5). I started taking these on a daily basis:

1) First thing in the morning:

- Zell V Sheep placenta (http://zell-v.com/shop/product/zell-v-pl...placenta/)

2) Before lunch Breast supplements (http://www.watsons.com.sg/c/Bust-Blossom...BP_39248).

3) Lunch time multivitamins (Centrium brand) and omega 3 fish oil (Holland and Barrett)

4) 4 hours after my lunch I will take hydrolised collagen (Holland and Barrett)

5) Before I sleep:

Massage and noogleberry: I only do it in between noogling using the 10 mins hold 5 mins release and massage method (just started this routine April 01. I started noogling since February 01 with 1 hour hold and felt my breast became smaller. I hope the 10:5 mins method works better). I do not swell after each pump session and wondering if it even works. But when I pump and hold, I do get red little dots all over my breasts and my breast turns red then pale towards the last few mins of 10 mins hold. My pressure gauge is at -2.5 each time I pump as I cant pump to -5 since the domes cuts into my armpit skin. I do not get any tingling feeling at all throughout the day since I started taking the supplements, massaging and noggling. I massage using flaxseed oil (from health supplement capsules since I cant locate a good flaxseed oil) and aromatherapy oil (rose hip with fenugreek or almond sweet oil with fenugreek oil). I use the flaxseed oil before and in between noogling and the aromatherapy oil after I am done with the one hour noogling since I wanted to heal the ring area that cuts into my skin. I also noticed that when I massage my breast (light pressure), my breast becomes smaller (I took a before and after to compare).

I am not keen to use PM or BO and add anymore supplements into my routine. So I wonder if you or anyone have success with just minimal supplements or no supplements or no massage at all but with just noogling.

Have you heard of anyone who massages and ended up making their breast smaller?

What is your starting cup size
Hi jennifer,

Welcome and happy growing Smile So what do you mean by red dots? Are they raised or are they just bruises? I got inflamed hair follicles from using cocoa butter while noogling. Sad Don't massage after noogling by the way, it makes the swelling go down.

Hi Jennifer, and welcome!

Those little red dots are a sign that you're either pumping too hard, holding too long, or both. They're little burst blood vessels right under the skin, and your best bet to avoid damage is to let those suckers heal up and go away before pumping again. But light massage tends to help them dissipate and using a good oil with Vitamin E (and getting some internally, too) can help to strengthen them against future pumping sessions.

I know that JenniferLove had phenomenal success with pumping and massage each session, but I, like you, found that whatever little swelling I managed to get from a pumping session would be massaged away if I started too soon. On the other hand, I massage now without Noogling, and am benefiting from it, so, chalk it up to individual bodies reacting differently!
