This is possibly a question for all those experts out there.
I've been having fantastic results with fg, rc, and sp. Hurt sure to the increase in estrogen, I experience quite a bit of water retention. I was going to add hibiscus tea to treat the fluid retention, but read that it can affect estrogen levels. Unfortunately, finding specifics on this seems impossible. Does anyone have any info on the affects of hibiscus and NBE?
