Natural Breast Enhancement Forums

Hi,
Which herbs work the best for someone who is estrogen dominant and has underveveloped breasts with puffy areolas?
I want to increase fullness and roundness, as well as increase the upper part pf my breasts since it's kinda flat there :/

I was thinking of fennel since I heard it's good for roundness, and licorice root since I hear it supresses estrogen a bit... Not sure though

any suggestions? :/
