I have just started back trying to do NBE, but after research feel very limited to what I can do. I am on Aviane a hormonal birth control pill. It has 21 active pills. (http://www.drugs.com/aviane.html) I am currently taking about 2000-3000mcg of fenugreek a day. I just started this week. What other herbs can I take that won't make my birth control ineffective or throw my hormones out of whack?
My measurements are 32A, I'm 22 years oId, I'm about 110lbs, 5'2 and for now I have a goal of a 34B but not sure how long it will take with just fenugreek. In the past, I used maca root for weight gain, and it was great. I got some fullness and more thighs and hips but I cannot use that to aid me anymore due to my birth control. I gained about 15lbs, I went from 95lbs-115. I have lost about 5lbs since being in school.
Am I being too catious? What are your suggestions ? Also, I'm in college so I don't have a lot of time or money to spend on products and noogling is way too expensive. Maybe Msm? Collagen ? Apetamin?
