I take fenugreek saw palmeto and red clover 2 capsules 3 times a day..

the hair on my body got more noticeable which one makes it? please help: (

Aromatase and anti-dht herbs are needed.

Fenugreek and red clover are progesterone herbs, and progesterone can get converted into androgens, then these androgens can be converted into estrogens.

Saw palmetto is considered anti-dht, but another anti-dht is needed. Saw palmetto's anti-dht effects are limited in women, so an anti-dht herb that works by a different mechanism is needed.

I take anti-androgen Dexametazon but I still have hair grow : (

I haven't heard of it before. Aromatase, such as peony would seem to be effective. There are a few threads on aromatase here.
