That’s interesting. I’ll definitely pick up PM since it has such a good reputation.
Hey, Joe!

First off, Happy New Year!

I've got a question for you: fenugreek can be taken without in a pill form? I found a really good source of Fenugreek powder in a store in Barcelona.BUT it is not in a pill format, it comes in bulk. I was wondering if taking fenugreek at the right dose  but nothing that acts as a barrier like a vegetable capsule, will be effective or not. The question is, where does it have to go? to the liver I suppose?
Or mix it with almond oil and massage it into your breasts?
This is what I do along with other herbs and infuse it for 2 weeks before using, it works better imo, fenugreek internally messed me up
I still have some fenugreek oil left yes!

The capsule is meant to dissolve fairly quickly so it’s the same either way orally, but it tastes awful. Soaking whole seeds for a few hours to start the sprouting process then rinsing off can remove the bitterness and soften them.
Hi Joe,

does saw palmetto and shatavari have to be cycled? Can you take them during your period? Thanks

They don’t need to be cycled.  Shatavari extract tends to have a balanced effect on all hormones and only what is already present while saw palmetto extract seems to mostly reduce DHT effects.  Mostly only PM and PC need cycling due to a strong estrogen and strong progesterone effects.  Other herbs usually aren’t strong enough, don’t affect E or P directly and specifically, or likewise work with what’s already there.  Whereas too much PM or PC on off cycle days might change the timing of the menstrual cycle.
Super_chicken314, I can’t reply to your PM since your PMs are disabled.
