Are there videos that demonstrate how to do the deer and chi massages? We aren't sure if we're doing them properly.
Why aren't you supposed to touch the nipple? What if you do?

Are you talking about progesterone cream?, if that's the case it stems from a few possibilities, e.g. Areolas will bleach (lighter appearance), liver spots (freckles).

If one breast is larger than the other, should you massage it more?
