I take combined birth control anyway so there shouldn't have been hormone shortages, and I was taking spearmint in case androgens were too high and stopping oestrogen from working.
As well as this I was taking fennel and massaging 3 times daily.
I even started trying to just put on some generic fat weight in case that was what I needed.
Over the course of 2 months, nothing changed. I still look like I'm 11, and nothing like a regular developed adult.
Am I just incapable of making progress?
And if anyone has suggestions that are guaranteed to work for most people, they can't be obvious, I cant buy any pumps or any herbs that are sold only for the purpose of breast enlargement. Tea's are ideal though.
