I just started looking into NBE and ordered some herbs. Everyone seems to be taking a wide range of mg and I was hoping that someone could help me decide where to start.
I ordered:
Saw Palmetto
Maca Root
Wild Yam
Dandelion Root
Fenugreek
I am currently a 32a and desire to go up one or two cup sizes, I have a very high metabolism and I have been working to put on weight for the past month or so. Any advice would be helpful.
