A lot of the methods here involve things like noogleberry and herbs that would be really obvious I was doing something hormone based if I started buying them.
I'm 18, but I still live a home and my mum (who has big breasts) prefers me not having any.
So what are some good covert methods?
Atm I'm on birth control, drinking spearmint tea and massaging with just regular moisturiser.
Will this be enough?
