ok girls,

Sur somebody has already posted this somewhere but I though I would share this with you.

Basically we all know that a low thyroid activity causes all other glands in our body to under perform (understand not produce enough hormones)

Often we are recommended to use L-Tyrosine to increase body temperature in particular with BO.

In this article, the link between thyroid and progesteron is highlighted and also ways to increase your body temperature with coconut oils - 1 TBS per day (I read on another forum)

I am going to try to this this for 1 week or 2 and will feedback - It is supposed to work fast !

thanks for sharing. they say coconut oil is a miracle oil for all sorts but I never knew this. its good for cooking too cause it can handle high temp unlike the lesser oils. I find roasted potatoes cooked in coconut gives them a gorgeous taste.

Unfortunately I like it off the spoon! Bloomin delicious!! I'm dubious that it's good for you though, I think it's marketing hype.

I'm interested to read this though, I have nodules on my thyroid and have had an overactive thyroid. Desperate to get it to start shrinking instead of growing. I'm taking selenium and I use progesterone cream.....

Hmm roasted potatoes in coconut oil. Sounds like a great idea. Hopefully it works in one of those active fryers .
