I am just looking for some advise here.
I am looking for someone with low oestro + even lower prog that had some success at NBE.

This is my case:
ProjEverything within normal range but low Oestro and even lower Prog. Even like ths yes I am Oestro dominant.
and I have high Cortisol.

How have you achieve NBE ?
